LOL Yeah, our friend Mr. King has been very outspoken about his lack of love for The Shining with Jack Nicholson. I haven't personally read the book so I can't compare the two, but I enjoyed the movie, but I guess it must be very different than the book.

I definitely want to see the TV series when I finish the book. It sounds great. I am on the section Footsteps and Cantaloupe, chapter 5. Or at least make him/her/it known to us. I believe him/her/it has been there all along, maybe impersonating Terry somehow?!! (hide spoiler)]

I hope to finish this book this weekend. It's sooo good.

I just started it this afternoon. I've been so caught up in reading The Outsider that I've fallen behind on all my other reads, even this one that I recommended lol It's good so far. Noemi is quite the character. I am intrigued by this whole universe the author has created. I hope to read 50-60 pages at least today and will share more of my thoughts tonight.

It's super gripping. I can barely put it down, but I have to, to focus on books for other challenges too lol

I just finished The Arraignment section. My goodness it was wild!!

(view spoiler)[And so heartbreaking. I really think Terry was innocent and now he's gone. As is Ollie, leaving only one Peterson behind. Poor Fred's going to be a mess if he survives all of this somehow. I feel so bad for him. The shooting at the courthouse had me nearly in tears. My heart was in my throat the whole time.
