Damn, Belkis, I need to go through your list! lol A friend asked for suggestions the other day and it made me realize how disorganized my shelves were, I know I have a TON more faves to list. Not sure how I got behind, probably 2013 when I was flying through books and didn't always get on GR to get them in the correct shelves!

So far behind on posts here, but I'm so excited because I was in a bit of a romance rut and in DIRE need of a great YA read when I picked up , which I loved! I wanted a bit more romance, because honestly there's hardly any here, but it was such a beautifully twisted and dark change from the contemp and paranormal romance reads I've had lately. I used to love Poe, so it was awesome reading a story that had him as a centerpiece. I heard the sequel is disappointing since we don't see much of Varen at all, so I'm bracing myself for that, but I definitely want to check it out.

I also finished Annie's latest , and I'm loving this troubled start to Ky and Addie's story!

On a sour note, was indeed a major bust, I am giving it a generous 3 stars but I'm miffed at the false advertising with this one. THe synopsis makes you expect a mysterious hero with an engrossing dom/sub mystery storyline, and I really don't feel like you get any of that. Bummed!

Reading , for review now, and for my YA fix!

Just like I figured, I got sucked back into IAD and flew through , which was of course awesome! I need to break away from the series to catch up on blog reviews and break the PNR monotony, but I didn't want to end on a bad note with Cade's book. Now I can take a breather from the immortals and move on for a bit...

Next up I'm reading Annie's newest novella, then finishing which is just getting worse the farther I read into it, which sucks, and , , and then I think I might finish off a series for the first time in ages with !

SO wish I could read this series again, too, it wrenches your heart then rips it out and then pieces it back together again so perfectly. Beautiful story with awesome characters, so glad you're loving it!!

Yes!! Can't wait to see what you think, I hit everything by the end of the second episode pretty much spot-on, other than the REASON behind T's choices. Wasn't sure what was going on there so I didn't hedge a bet, but I think you'll be happy with how it all turns out. ;-)

I'm debating reading FSoG again before Friday! Not sure if I'll have time, but there is a lot I've forgotten and want to have it fresh in my mind. My skim-read didn't help with the details much.

I've heard a lot of people were pleasantly surprised by the movie. I admit that going back to Fifty Shades after reading a lot of great books made some of the scenes seem ridiculous and almost awkward. But I still love it and can't wait to see the movie! lol

Oh yes, can't wait to see what's got Ry's boxers in such a twist! lol I'm trying not to race through the series but it's SO hard to not get back to it. Probably will end up reading this week anyway. LOL Glad to know there are good things to come! ;-)

It did have a bit of a slow start, but I LOVED their story. Hope you end up liking it, too!

Yeah my iPad is just slow in general, apps and safari. Need to upgrade soon, it's an older device.

I finished today, I have to admit I kind of struggled through this one. It seemed to go on and on, and neither Cade nor Holly really kept my interest anywhere near as much as the previous books. I'm surprised, because I was honestly really excited for Cade's book after seeing him in this series. It was hot, but I think Holly's bitchy/neurotic behavior turned me off and that just bled into everything else. Oh well, I'm not turning away from this series for anything!

Reading now, and I'm on the fence. It's got a great premise--journalist diving into the BDSM circuit to get to the sexy rich dom with an abusive past he's trying to hide, only to become his sub in the process. But so far it's got an insta-lure feel and the dom is coming across as not quite dominant enough for my tastes, but we'll see.

I hope Kellan's book is good, I've heard he comes across as whiny so I'm waiting on reviews before I buy. Can't ruin one of my all-time fave book BF!!

Okay, Belkis, I will tell you that you are somewhat right and somewhat wrong. Lol Put it this way, you know who I'm drooling over (ahem...his name starts with a T) and you know I don't like a book unless the guy I like gets the girl...other than that, what's seeming obvious is not and what's behind it all puts everything into perspective! You'll love it!
