I'm going to have to push this up, it's been on my "must read this soon" list for too long. Is it separate stories or a continuation of the same characters? There are what, four books in the series? Need to get on that...

Okay, so it looks like and are the "it" books this week. lol Still haven't started the Irin Chronicles, how many books are planned for that one? I hate starting these series that are going to be going on forever!!

I loved the Shade series, but she went WAY too long with it IMO. It could have been a three book series easily but she dragged it out to the point I just didn't't care anymore. It was good for the first 3-4 books, though.

I haven't had a whole lot of reading time over the past two weeks, but once I picked back up I was a goner. I was in an absolute Kellan Kyle coma for three days, it was pathetic. My heart was torn to shreds, it was so painful seeing that story through his eyes. He will always be my #1 battered BBF, lordy I love that man!!

Trying to read for review because it's a light read, but it's just meh. Probably good after such an emotionally-draining read, but it's SO dry and lacking emotions that I am just wanting to be done already.

I started it the other day but got sidetracked with a crazy weekend, how is it so far? I'm nervous because rumor has it he turns a bit whiny. But I was liking it so far and god I love that man...lol

Taking a reading break for a few days to do my race this weekend, then I'll be back to finishing which hasn't wowed me but is of course still yummy!

Ha, that was me, I was book pushing this one because it was a surprise find and I ran right to the second book when I read it. Belkis liked it but not as much as I did. =)

I hope you end up liking this! I had it up for review for almost a year before I finally read it and I absolutely loved it!

This is depressing, I'm in SUCH a bad contemp romance rut that it's starting to affect my desire to read at all. I finished which had an MC that drove me batty with his over-the-top aggressive reactions to everything, and which had an interesting enough cast of characters but was still pretty much more of the same old same old. Neither were bad, just didn't do me any favors to break the monotony.

Reading to try and get a PNR fix but I may need a week of just YA or something to snap out of this!

That sucks! Dang, bummer. I want to get back to Hoover's stuff but I feel like she's going down the Glines and JLA route where all of her stuff is starting to blend or just lack anything original.
