Yeah, they really ruined my love of the series at times, and others I liked what was going on enough to care...but not often! Lol

I may get back to IAD this weekend, I am in such a bad contemp romance rut but have about 20 up for review, it's killing my desire to read. :-(

Oh the Demonica series is awesome!! It's like all the good aspects of BDB but comes across more like IAD, love it! Another series I desperately want to get back to!

I was disappointed in the last Significance book just because the series dragged on too long, I think she should have ended at book 3. I'm reading the novella now to get ready for the spin-off now that I know there is one! lol

That's exactly how I've been with IAD! lol And after reading through BDB then moving onto IAD, I realized how much it annoyed me reading through the numerous POV switches with BDB. IAD has been so much more enjoyable in my opinion, not that I don't still love Ward's work.

It's the VA/Covenant series debate all over again!! lol

Oh I didn't hear about this!! Last I heard Shelly was having some personal issues, and I stopped tracking her work since I figured she'd be out awhile. Come to think of it, that was about two years ago! lol God, I'm so behind, but that's awesome, I'll have to check it out.

Ugh I wish I could make myself read this before the movie, but I just don't have the time or patience to work through something that everyone is saying drags!! I hate seeing the movie first, but I feel like I KNOW I'm going to be disappointed. Glad you finished!

I did too, it was so cheesy with the instant deep emotions but I ate that series up like nobody's business! LOL

Finished

Well now you're making me want to finally get to the sequel! Though I may wait for all of the books to be out so it's not a torturous wait.

Okay, that's good. I honestly struggled with Jack for awhile anyway, but ended up liking him in the end. So it wasn't much like Adam for me, because I adored him from the very start and was pulling for him big time, whereas I could take or leave Jack.

Weeeeell, now I'm intrigued...

There have been some books that I absolutely loved even though I know they were a bit insta-everything, because I just got swept away. Mark of a great author, I always say, but not everyone always agreed with me. So whether it's a 5-star for a lot of us or not, I'm glad you loved it and found one of "those" books, the ones that just make you *le sigh*! =)

Oh no, really? I hated the team-switching with Adam and Warner so I don't know if I can take that again. Although, I had a serious infatuation with Adam and I'm not all that sold on Jack, so maybe it's not as bad??

Oh I'm glad I wasn't the only one! lol Everyone seems to love it, I thought the writing left a lot to be desired. I did love Archer, but I wanted to slap Bree every other page!

So want to get back to this series, I loved the first but never got back to it. Glad you're loving it!

I actually really like the insta-love when it's done right, I think it definitely works with the PNR genre in a lot of cases. Looking forward to this now!!

Grabbed it up, this sounds great; thanks for posting about it!

Now back to something more tame and back in my comfort zone. [bookcover:Archer's Voice..."
Hmmm, going to have to grab that one up, then! lol
