And yeah, you could so hit 24. We got three months left!"
What Christa said!!
Do what makes your heart happy! As for the music - to toi toi!
Thanks! I’ll be doing property and casualty, starting with auto coverages. Once I’ve mastered that, I should have the opportunity to up-train to homeowners coverages. We have to learn all of it to test for our license, so the up-training will be system-specific and a refresher.
The licensing exam was challenging, but I passed it the first time, so I’m thrilled. A few of my coworkers had to take it again, and the company would not pay for a third.
The other cool thing is that they help you apply to every state. I’m waiting for my last three to come in. I’m told California takes the longest.
I think my dad used to watch Gunsmoke. It’s awesome when you find something you truly enjoy!
Have fun! :)
Where is this year going so quickly!?!I've been reading quite a bit but have been terrible about keeping up with my various goals - Buddy Reads, Popsugar, KU, etc. I have no idea where I am or what I'm doing book-wise! It's both sad and comical! LOL
As for "the real world," I am now a licensed insurance agent and have completed my newest position's first (of six) weeks of training.
This will be the fourth campaign I've worked on at my employer, and I'm excited to learn something new. The best part is that my license stays with me even if I leave the company.
Congratulations on the new role! Hopefully, with time, you'll develop practices that make it feel less taxing.
I read Fairy Tale last year and really enjoyed it. It was the first King novel I've read in decades. I hope you find it to be a good read, too! It's great that the house is coming along so well. :)

Thanks (((Hugs Back)))
Nyssa wrote: "Thank you all. I'm having a biopsy done on Thursday, so fingers crossed."
So, I realize that I never followed up on this.
My body painfully rejected the idea of the biopsy, and they were not able to complete it. They want me to get additional ultrasounds in a few months.
In the meantime, I've been reading and working like crazy.
Which leads me to a new poll: Which Bookstagram Recommendation Should I Try First?
HomeInMyShoes wrote: "Haha. I've been off and on reading the first ten Hardy Boys books. They are also, not very good."LOL. I honestly can't remember if I liked them as a kid, nor if I liked Nancy Drew. I know I read a few.

They both sound intense and interesting!
Good luck with Brave Sgtory!!
Hi Christa!I also hate driving in real life and will not drive on the highway!
It sounds like your wrist healed nicely. :)
I hope everything goes well with work this summer!!

Hey, DP!
Ditto what Christa said about wanting to continue a series just for the cost to squash the idea.
I hope you found other good reads this month!
