Just discovered that there is a Cowboy Bebop novel! Cowboy Bebop: A Syndicate Story: Red Planet Requiem by Sean Cummings. Apparently it's a prequel to the story told in the Netflix tv series. So I ordered a copy.

What's really interesting is that he links to novels and collections of short stories about war in the future. Many are free downloads or available to read online. I read these years ago and I probably picked them up because of the striking cover art of the original paperbacks. There was a tv adaptation in development at some point.
