TC, since there are a lot of A & M, I was thinking, will The Safe-Keeper's Secret work better for us? I got it off library and I just noticed it has character Damiana. It will also work for our other team challenge so I can change it easily. I can read Firewalker later.

I just found two D books:Master of Crows by Grace Draven
The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion - works for R, G and D (char name Don)
It is doubtful that I'll finish all of these books but I'll try my best.
Yes!! I have a middle grade book that I need to get off my TBR -

that will work for E. Other books I have planned for now :
by Joe Abercrombie - works for A, G - character name inspector Glotka
by Allyson James - works for A, M - char Mick
by Tess Gerritsen - works for G, series name R. I'll also look for books that will work for D
TC, what if we put Magic Breaks for R char Roland and shift Ange's N book to the second read through? That way we need not be dependent on Cheryl's book to complete a read through. Or am I missing something?

I couldn't start Firewalker when I wanted to. It worked for another team challenge and there was still time to go. Instead I finished Her Kind of Trouble by Sarah Mayberry for S. That concludes my reading for this week. My next week is going to be busy as well. I'm try to read as much as I can but I'm not sure how much I can.
Have a great day, ladies! (good night, Karen)
I finished Unveiled by Courtney Milan. It will work for U, R, A. I really liked this book and Courtney Milan is becoming an auto buy author for me. Her historicals almost always work for me.

The last book had so much relationship angst that I didn't like it that much. This one, though, made up for it. I stayed up till 1 in the morning to finish it. I couldn't put it down!

Oh so sad to hear that, Karen. The cover looks so good though.I finished Magic Breaks. Works for A (author), N (char Andre Nash), R (char Roland), T (char Ted). I loved this book. I'm still on a high from this one and I'm trying so hard not to do a full re-read. I really can't wait for the next book.
I have a S book - Firewalker (series name - Stormwalker) that I'll start tomorrow. I'll try to read a book for U today.
      I finished

. I really liked it. The prosser was so very readable that it was easy to lose track of time. I'm so glad I picked it up as a freebie. I'll definitely be continuing the series. I finally started
. It has so many rave reviews that I'm to excited to read. Abs I've tried so bad to avoid all reviews.

Great going, TC!! Awesome reading!I, on the other hand, didn't manage to get any reading done today. I had Magic Breaks on hand but RL is soooo in the way. I haven't been able to read for an hour continuously. (or even listen. It's raining so no walks either).
I've started A Hidden Fire instead. Maybe I'll get some reading time later.
      I finished today -

. It was good for the most part - the romance was slow and with a little suspension of disbelief, believable. The two major drawbacks were the pretty much polite ignorance of suspected abuse by the two MC. I mean seriously, if you think somebody is in an abusive relationship, you would think to help or at least try. Especially if there is a kid involved. The second was that the female MC pretty much gives up her job after marriage. I don't understand why. It's her own company that she built from bottom up so why would she step back even if her husband is a famous actor? But the book managed to establish the small town atmosphere for the future books. For a freebie it's not a bad first book. I might just continue with the series.
And now,
is waiting on my kindle. I'll be MIA til I finish it.

      I finished

yesterday night, 28 July.(T - char name Letitia Thornquist, B - char name Joel Blackstone, S - char Stephanie Thornquist) If middle name counts, then A.

Yes, I'm planning on making it a sure thing too. I did see that N wasn't picked up too. I can find another book for N - I have Tribute on my kindle that's yet to be read. I can take those two N. I also have Firewalker that I can read on/after August 1 for N. I don't mind making these three as sure reads. BTW, in Beatrice De Nov, is Novo counted as last name or De Novo is the last name? I've never been sure about that.
Finally, I now have time to post my planned reads (aka hope I read atleast some of them this week):1. Perfect Partners by Jayne Ann Krentz - (T - char name Letitia Thornquist, B - char name Joel Blackstone) If middle name counts, then A.
2. The Smoke Thief by Shana Abe (Title - t, Author - S, A)
3. When Lightning Strikes by Brenda Novak (Author - B, N)
4. Magic Breaks by Ilona Andrews (Author - A). This one is definite. Qualifies for Urban Fantasy. (I'll be MIA on 29th)
5. Welcome to Paradise by Rosalind James
6. A Hidden Fire by Elizabeth Hunter (Title - A, character - Beatrice De Novo)
This is a tentative list; subject to change. I'm flexible enough to change depending on the letters. I have some U books that I can read too. Once August 1 is here, I'll have more options.
Yeah, I just remembered back from the TTRC. Happy Wedding Anniversary, Karen!! Have a wonderful time with your family :) :)

Karen, I just realised - is it your wedding anniversary? IIRC, you had your wedding last year around this time, right?

I just finished Rescue Me. I finished the bulk of it after the deadline for another challenge. So I still haven't had the time to arrange my reads for the week. Will do it soon. Also an FYI, I have a around 4 religious occasion in August which require heavy prep. But the most elaborate one is on Aug 8 which will actually take 3 days with it - 7,8 & 9. So my reading time will be really cut short next week. I'll try selecting shorter books to read then.
We have our new genre : Urban Fantasy. I'm reading a R book that should work. I'll check the books I'm planning to read and come back. I'll be reading a UF book this week too.
