I just finished re-reading
&
. The first book will work for the Zombie Challenge (author starting with M).It was great re-reading the two books and Lord Perfect is one of my favorites. I loved Loretta Chase after reading that book. And I'm out of my slump! Yay!
Leslie, you are not good for me. I would want to try the cinnamon bun but I don't like cinnamon flavor that much. But it looks so tempting.I'm so behind in my updates. Being inherently lazy, I'll just say I finished
- A Middle-Grade book for another. THis book used to be just up my avenue but lately the last few books haven't really interested me. I'm thinking this book might just be too young for me.

LK - a question. The BR need not necessarily be done within our team or group, does it? I have 2 BR that I'll be doing in other groups. Will that count?
Good Morning, Team!Sorry, I've been MIA - guests descended in the house. I managed to read only TWO books so far. Not looking good. And I don't think I can get any done tomorrow either.
Ok, I have to ask - what's the tourist thing with black sweater and beignets? (For that matter, I don't know what a beignet is.. I assume it's kind of a pastry?)
WHEN: Wednesday May 15th - Friday May 31st
WHAT: It's Zombie Awareness Month. Start reading before that Zombie Apocalypse hits us!
HOW:
1. Read a book that is shelved as "Paranormal" by atleast 10 people (I'll accept sub-genres like Paranormal-Romance) OR
2. Read a book whose author name (First OR Last) or title starts with letters in ZOMBIE. You may ignore the articles (A, AN, THE) if you want to.
3. Book should be finished between May 15 and 31 and meet the Tower Team Challenge requirements i.e page count >160
4. Participants in this month-long challenge, please post the book with the page count in the thread. If it ties in with any mini-challenge, it has to be stated explicitly. (It makes work easier for us mods)
Happy Reading!
*Remember, books that meet the mini-challenge and the monthly will win you an extra BONUS point.
Thanks for the clarification, Rebecca!Aaargghh, I'm in a sort of slump now. I have started
&
but I'm not into both of them now. I haven't gotten any reading done actually.
I tried the USA and walked off. I don't know the shapes that much.I tried the 35 piece Jig zone and that was ok. I did in 4:41. I need to invest in a mouse (or so I tell myself)
We should!Lisa Kay wrote: "Maybe we can have them every once in a while. ☺"
Suddenly, there seems a lot of time on my hands.
Chris wrote: "***Rebecca*** Thank you for all your hard work - You are AMAZING! and Vi, too!"Nah, everything was purely Rebecca. We have the most awesome-est captain
On the book front, I've been immersed in re-reading
manga. It's a superb shoujo manga (manga aimed at teenage girls) with a monthly release date. I can't abide the wait and I lose track for a year or so. Then I try to read everything at one go. Now I'm caught up with the latest - chapter 200 but it ended with an awesome awesome development. I can't wait for the next chapter which is due on ... JUNE 5th. *Sigh*I've also resumed reading
. It's going good so far (if you buy into the outlandish premise)
Good Morning, Team Moonstone!
Awesome, awesome job!! Rebecca will compile and do a post later on our final standing.
