Checking in. I will likely start this book tomorrow. I want to finish the book before things get too busy for me. Laura - how long do you have your book? Will you be reading soon?

Compared to Tana French IS a good thing! Thanks! Moving is stressful. But I am looking forward to the move!

That was quick! Did you buy the book? I recommended this to my library. They are great about getting my requests. I expect it March 30.

This was an interesting book! It was kind of a cross between Girl on the Train and the movie Rear Window. I’d offer to do questions, but I’ll be in the middle of a move. Not sure how much reading I can do that week.

Sometimes I Lie was recommended by a goodreads friend months ago. Had to wait until this week for it to release in the U.S.. I’m about 20% done. It is good. I don’t know the twist yet. Will let you all know more later!

Brooke, I can definitely understand your tears after reading this! Of course, I have been known to cry at a commercial on any given day too. LOL

When will you be reading Let Me Lie? I read the description and it does sound good.

Sometimes Banks can write a really good story, but sometimes not so much. Hopefully, the next one is better!

I agree about Bran. It did not fit his character to run just because he suspected Leah. It would make more sense to be sure before running. He’s supposed to be in charge, right? Of course, I have only read Alpha and Omega so far.

And yes, nothing about the adoption story from the previous book.

I do feel like I have more insight into Leah. And the relationship between Leah and Bran is complicated, but there is some kind of love.
