Finished my red book. I think I have a ship book to read next. And I have a cookie book too. I'll start one of them tonight after I get a bit of actual work done. :D

I don't keep books on my TBR that long ever, anyone?

My book Say Goodbye has a main character who is a FBI agent who is pregnant yet too stubborn to ask for help because apparently this pregnancy makes her a sudden weakling. ;)

I'm counting it. My annoyance should earn me 5 points. :)

I'm reading a red cover since I don't have anything that works for a real goal right now.

NEW GOAL -- Read a book where the page numbers add to 10 (i.e. 345 pages = 3+4+5 = 12).

I haven't read much the last 24 hours - 12 hours of bookwork makes my eyes not focus so well. :D Maybe today I'll find a book I can get into. Maybe a red one.

Faith - have you read anything by Guy Gavriel Kay? He's on that list quite a bit but he doesn't seem to be overly well known outside of Canada. If you haven't, I HIGHLY recommend his novels. Especially and and and and basically everything else. :D

Ariane's book is on that list, we're just waiting for her to put the book on her shelf so we can complete the goal. Not to discourage you from reading from that list - because most of those books are awesome. :D

I never concern myself with finishing. In fact this round I didn't post my final book so I wouldn't have to make up a challenge. :) I also don't concern myself too much with not being perfect - hard as I try I know I'll screw something up so why worry too much. But I love trying to match my books to the goals. It's fun!

Here's a laugh - my terrible YA novel that we just used with people being stars and witches and vampires and demons and other fantasy stuff is on the "Realistic YA" list. :) - still looking.
