35559 So after 5 weeks in the challenge how is everyone doing? Enjoy the group? Finding time to read? Enjoying the books you've read? Any favourites? Any you were hardpressed NOT to throw across the room in anger? ;)

Do you celebrate any holidays this time of year? Do anything special to celebrate? Do you get time off work or school? Do you expect your reading to increase or decrease over the holidays?

Did this feel like a questionnaire for a job interview? Aptitude test? Good idea? :D

It finally snowed a tiny bit here. I think I'll head outside and pretend there is enough to shovel for a little while. Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

35559 Great Donna, I'll mark it as finished.
35559 So far this is the kind of book I really enjoy and it is going to be hard to keep to the reading schedule here. :) I want to know what happened - what happened to Lydia, is her death going to be solved, what happened to Marilyn in 1966, where did she go, why did she come back, what is going to happen to this family in the future. Great start so far.

35559 NEW GOAL -- Read a historical fiction novel that is based on real events.

We don't have much historical fiction in the goalless books. LaLine - are any of the Enola Holmes novels based on something true?

35559 Lots of picnics in November of the Heart by LaVyrle Spencer so I'll get us a new goal. In sadder news I just spent over an hour checking all my historical books for someone with at least one ward. The best I can do so far is 900 pages of Charles Dickens. :D

They only get added on the Status Spreadsheet, but they are there at least. :D

I'm reading about 8 books right now, can't seem to finish any, just start more. It'll be a shower of points when I finish them all on the same day (eventually) though. ;) I hope.

I can't believe we didn't already have a book published in March. I read too many old books that don't have publication months. Sorry.

I already used the Goldy Bear book for asparagus, any other ideas? Danielle, does your sports book have someone getting back into shape after their injury by any chance?

35559 Okay, Karen gave me an example and a listopia for unreliable narrators and Room is #29 on that list. So I'm going to go ahead and use that.
