And I've started The Cuckoo's Calling but, it's just not grabbing my attention. Has anyone else read it/started it? What do you think?
OK -- I have kind of a strange question...If you're reading as a primary reader for a specific task, say historical fiction or chick lit, and we have two of those tasks to complete, can you still read for bonus on the same genre/task that you weren't assigned to as primary?
I obviously have a ton of historicals, chick lit and mysteries lying around shouting, 'Pick me, pick ME!' :)
Completion post!Poison
Finished: 6/25/16
Rating: 4 stars
Page count : 276
Can fit for YA 422pgs OR Fantasy 824
( I was originally reading it for bonus on our 1st group of tasks, but please put it wherever it's most needed)
I just finished Poison this morning. Very cute book. It can go for YA or Fantasy. Wherever we need it most. I was originally reading for bonus on the 1st bunch of tasks, but now it seems like just a free-for-all!

You GO, Glen Coco! Girl, do you ever sleep!?? You are just amazing!
Greta wrote: "We seem to be distracted by something here....could it be WOBBLE??"Ah WOBBLE! It's pretty much turned my life upside down, but I'm having so much fun!
Either Any Place I Hang My Hat or Mad About the Boy can go for Chick Lit (one can be a bonus!) Either Cleopatra's Shadows or China Dolls can do for Historical Fiction.
I am having a blast! I wish I didn't have to go to work so I could just stay home and read all day! The planning is almost as much fun as the reading. But only almost...

Poor Bernadette obviously had some major issues... That was the 1st book I read last year. I always try to start out the year with the best book I've been waiting to read :)
I finished In the Shadow of the Banyan on 6/18/16 and Dishing the Dirt 6/20/16 if it even matters!

So funny everybody wants to come to Hawaii and all we want to do is leave! Hopefully we'll get to visit Disneyland next month? I haven't been since 2012 and its calling to me...
Can I take D-8 Top 100 female/male names in Scotland? I've got The Cuckoo's Calling by Robert Galbraith. Robert is #64 on the nameberry list. I can also take A-4 title with a number in it if no one else wants it. I found Two Down
I finished Dishing the Dirt tonite 6/20/16 & added it to our Books Read list. So that mystery category is almost ready!I'd give it 4 stars. Agatha Raisin is such a trip! She's like an aging femme fatale who's still insecure and vain, but she is a great detective!

Going to the library this evening to see what I can come up with. I already have J7 - book beginning with the letter A Any Place I Hang My Hat. Probably I'll get the dead author or Scottish name... Hmm.. interesting

Ooh! My book Poison that I was going to use as YA was also shelved over 800x as Fantasy, so it can go that way instead. Whichever works best... Of course, I have to complete it first!

Too many good books to be believed! I just finished [book:In the Shadow of the Banyan this morning! It was fabulous! I highly recommend it to everyone!
For our challenge I'm reading Dishing the Dirt, Poison, and Any Place I Hang My Hat. In other challenges I'm reading The Darling Dahlias and the Cucumber Tree, Midnight Crossroad and Furiously Happy: A Funny Book About Horrible Things. I think I need to be put on a short leash!!
I make sure there are never any spoilers, but just brief synopsis. I will say if I personally loved it or hated it and why. Otherwise why even bother, right? Some books I don't review at all, I just mark as read. That means I didn't care too much one way or another or I was just super busy. Sometimes I will go back and review later on, but not all that often...
