35559 Cecily, Paolo sounds a lot better than the Pearl S. Buck that I found at the library tonight! You rock, girl! I say go for it!

35559 I haven't been reading a lot of my library books in favor of ones for WOBBLE. I think I'll just read whatever catches my eye & try to finish up a few personal challenges. I am really enjoying myself with this one, though...

35559 Hi all! Well on my way to finishing Skinwalkers for #7 in series. Also Eleanor & Park for published in 2013. Reading a wide variety for 2,3,4&5 in series. Don't know how productive today will be though. TWD marathon is on & tonite is the 2 hour special with cast commentary!

The Most Famous Illegal Goose Creek Parade
Virginia Smith
Finished 10/15/16
224 pages
Emerge the Victor
Book with tons of idioms! The series I pick is : Lips shut tighter than a clam. Tongue frozen over like a pond in January. silent as the grave. Quiet as a church mouse.
One character, Violet, speaks in constant cliches or makes up her own! So take your pick. All of these appear on page 134.

Can also be used as. 1st in series or published in 2015 -- use wherever it helps most. :)

Nanci, I think it's so sweet you still have date night with your hubby! We've been married for 27 years and date night went out the window long ago! :)

I think that's why I'm getting so much read -- I can't do anything else really. When I'm concious, I'm reading.

35559 I'm having a hard time working in all these extra books into my usual Halloween/spooky/October thang....

I'm all lonely here, peeps. This time zone thing kind of blows. I also have a pinched nerve in my neck and have the option of physical therapy or many painkillers... Can you tell I'm loopy?
