Scylla - Body of water on cover - Laura should finish today
Caucasian Eagle - Book set in Russia - Laura found short audio
New monster is another Causcasian Eagle.

Lamia

The Lamia has been spotted on your lands and the disappearances of children are on the rise. Requires some planning and moderate effort to defeat, look to the stars for the answers and to the shadows for the monster.
To vanquish this monster you must:
1.) Read a book between 200 and 299 pages (inclusive).
2.) Read a book with the night sky on the cover.
3.) Read a book where someone is kidnapped.
4.) Read a book that features a prophecy.
5.) Read a book where a child (under age 18) is an important part of the plot.

Caucasian Eagle

The Caucasian Eagle has taken to the skies over your lands in the search of do-gooders who don't think the rules apply to them. Not so hard to defeat with a little effort and maybe setting some traps with organ meat.
To vanquish this monster you must:
1.) Read a book between 200 and 299 pages (inclusive).
2.) Read a book set in Russia.
3.) Read a book with a bird on the cover.
4.) Read a book with the letters LIVER in title (any order)
5.) Read a book where a character goes to prison/jail (or is already there).

Centaur

The Centaurs have over run the forests on your lands and are taking no prisoners (sorry Prometheus). In a new category of moderately hard to defeat, they shouldn't be underestimated. In fact, in most realms they are known for their intelligence, so plan your attack well.
To vanquish this monster you must:
1.) Read a book between 300 and 349 pages (inclusive).
2.) Read a book with a forest on the cover.
3.) Read a book where a character is an archer.
4.) Read a book with MPG Classics.
5.) Read a book where a character is considered wise.

ETA: Going to re-listen to Archangel's Sun.

Yes, witch counts for Sorce..."
I asked in the captain's group. Let's leave Beck in there until we get an answer. Beth's book can go for another task.

Yes, witch counts for Sorceress. I asked when we had it b..."
Lisa, when I go to the series page for Beck I don't see any more planned books listed. We might be better off to use Beth's book.

Yes, witch counts for Sorceress. I asked when we had it before, and Mage doesn't count, but witch/wizard work.

Colchian Dragon

Colchian Dragon has been seen on your lands, searching for a new and improved golden fleece. Maybe a platinum one? He's not the strongest monster around but still takes some effort to put down. Likes music and is distracted from finishing his tasks.
To vanquish this monster you must:
1.) Read a book between 200 and 299 pages (inclusive).
2.) Read a book from an unfinished series.
3.) Read a book with a musical instrument on the cover.
4.) Read a book with MPG Epic Fantasy.
5.) Read a book with a yellow cover (at least 50%).
Scylla

Scylla has been spotted close to your shores and endangering ships heading for the harbor. Very hard to defeat and best to avoid if possible, is very touchy when Circe is mentioned.
To vanquish this monster you must:
1.) Read a book between 500 and 650 pages (inclusive).
2.) Read a book with a body of water on the cover.
3.) Read a book that features a sacrifice of some type (your interpretation).
4.) Read a book that features a sorceress.
5.) Read a book whose title contains the word "FIRE".

Won: I2 and E6

- We can't re-attack these until Round 3
Round 2 Hits:
F2: Dystopian

If we could get 3 of each to start I think..."
Not sure what I'll read yet, but I can do 1 for each.
