I have now found vinegar twice this month. And both were in Historical Romances! That is not where I was expecting to find vinegar. One was apple cider vinegar used on the hair, and the other was regular vinegar used in a poultice.

I'm just going to keep a list of my audios. If we need them, I'll search for the words, but if we don't end up needing them, I don't want to spend the time. :)

While reading In a Badger Way I happily highlighted every instance of the word Bamboo. It wasn't until I was nearly done that I realized we can only use the book 8 times, so any more than that is overkill. :)

Just finished one that I know had lots of stuff in it, but I was listening, so now I have to hope I remember half of what I heard. :)

Just finished one that referenced several video games by name, so I've included them. I don't know if we can use them for the kids if they don't also reference a game system, but just in case. Also they watched High School Musical, so I'm including that as well. :)

ETA: They also did Rock, Paper, Scissors. Don't know if we can entertain the kiddos with that, but put it on the spreadsheet just in case.

Now if we can convince Jackie to pick Shelly as our author for Amazing Race!

Give me about 5 minutes and I'll have it entered on the spreadsheet. I stayed up late because I had to see this couple get their HEA!

I just got a little excited when a bar patron in my book ordered a Sex on the Beach and a Flaming Orgasm. 🤣

I can stop highlighting food as I read?

I finished one. Seriously, in the first 3 books of the series the characters sat down to elaborate dinners, with each dish being named. And they went to the college cafeteria, with their lunch options being listed. And in this one, the ate dinner. They pulled the pre-prepared lunch out of the refrigerator. It was a totally different approach to the food in the book!

Starting another one tonight/tomorrow. Hopefully it has better food. :)

I could be mistaken, but one of our sandwiches appears to be a burger. I saw in the Q&A that burgers would not be allowed as sandwiches. Or did I read something wrong?

I've got 2 additional ones over 500 pages planned for Hogwarts cup this week. I can save them for a Saturday finish if we want them for next month. Just let me know what works best for us!

Just added When Gracie Met the Grump, 638 pages. I've got another over 500 pages that should go a bit faster than Gracie went. I should be done with it tomorrow. Or actually, it's now today.
