Asking about Frontier Follies in the Q&A.

Just double checking if I can use this book. I read Frontier Follies: Adventures in Marriage & Motherhood in the Middle of Nowhere. It is MPG cookbooks, because most of her books are cookbooks. But this one is NOT a cookbook, although it has 2 recipes in it. It is a memoir. Can it be used?

There are no open lines on the spreadsheet. It's probably filtered, or hidden, or something else that I could easily fix myself. If I knew what it was. But since I don't, I don't want to screw anything up! But I do have 2 books to add. :)

I just finished listening to Hunt the Moon. Amazon doesn't have the Look Inside available for the paperback, only Kindle, so I'm using Google Books. Unfortunately Google Books doesn't have page #s. I'll put down everything that is in there, then I'll see if I can find page counts for anything that we do use. I might have to check out the ebook on Hoopla, which only allows 10 books per month.

We get 100 books this month? And I'm leaving for my road trip next week. :(

At least I'm starting out by putting my audios on the spreadsheet without delaying. :)

If my book says, "He's been fired from the Shrimp Boat.", does that work for Shrimp? The sentence is referencing the name of a restaurant, and the name of the restaurant is referencing the boat which catches Shrimp. So does that count as a mention of shrimp?

Louise, can you add the monthly special and the bonus words to your post 19, please? That way it’s all in one spot.

I forgot that this one doesn't end at midnight my time, like so many do. Looks like there's no time for me to fill those in as it is.

I only read 34 books this month. Which probably goes to show that I was burying my head in my books to ignore my home situation!

Louise, do you need me to find the words for the books I had on the spreadsheet with nothing yet? The WiFi at my mom's house has been bad, but I'm at Starbucks right now and can do it if needed.

AT&T is sending a technician out tomorrow, so hopefully we'll have better service soon. And my cell service sucks there, but since we're not going to be there for a super long time, I don't want to change providers only to find that I need to change again once we land somewhere.

I'm going to have to work on words for A Court of Mist and Fury tomorrow. The Amazon Look Inside feature is not showing me the sentences for the words, and I have found in the past that if it doesn't show, Google Books frequently can't find the word in the book.

So I'll switch to Google Books, but after I get some sleep!

Has everything been transferred from the tracking sheet to the books read sheet? Are we short 30 books for the month? I have a few more audios I can put in, but they do take more effort to find the words, so if we don't need them I would rather not put them in.

One of them was only 480 pages. I already posted one of the over 500 page audios because it had Kale in it.

Louise, I don't want to mess up anything you're working on, but there are no blank lines on the Tracking sheet, so I can't put in the book I just finished.

I just posted one that I was ridiculously excited about. They started making rogan josh, which I had to look up. It’s a type of curry! And then they talked about the ingredients. And later they made fried chicken, complete with flour and bread crumbs!

FYI: I currently have 4 audios finished for this month that I haven't put on the spreadsheet. Just too lazy to do it unless we need them, since they take more effort. But 2 of them are over 500 pages, so I imagine that we probably will want at least those two.

My current audio has Kale 3 times! She's a food vlogger, so I should get some good items in there, and it's over 500 pages!

I read Big Bad Beast, but I purchased it as part of a 4 book bundle of Shelly Laurenston's books. It's book #3 in the bundle. So the locations are all screwed up.

Louise, is it okay if I just put the locations I have from my Kindle? The book is searchable on Amazon, so if you let me know the items you end up using, I can search for them to find the real page numbers.
