35559 I remembered the Nancy Drew safari book I've read in the past, if anyone is interested in reading it. The Spider Sapphire Mystery

35559 @Jackie - can you please put All The Sinners Bleed on your Tower shelf? Thanks!

35559 That’s good to know. I have to be in the right mood for one of her books, but I definitely have them on my TBR.

35559 @Tara - Have you finished Atmosphere? I have a read date on the spreadsheet, but it is still on your Currently Reading shelf.

35559 I should have my dragon book completed tonight so we can get a new country.

Only 3 countries left for us! United Kingdom, France, Canada! I'm hoping for UK because I have a book club book for next week with an author born in Wales.

I read all of those series when I was at a time in my life where I really needed my books to provide humor. So I think I was very generous in my ratings of all of them. I do not go back and re-read them because I don't want to ruin the good vibes. :)

Also, you have to already enjoy Reverse Harem/Why Choose books before starting the series. This is not a good introduction to the world of RH!

I was staring at that for a few minutes, but I've read books for tasks like that before and then when I go to post a completion I realize that it's missing a letter. :)

35559 There’s a C in Black. Right?

35559 Somebody double-check my eyes. Murder on Black Swan Lake works for UNESCO, right?

35559 It is ridiculous. Not the most ridiculous of the books set in Silver Springs though. There are several themed multi-author series set in that town. This one is flowers and revolves around a spelled book from the library that gets passed from person to person. The spell shows them their mates.

There’s also a series with spelled Pumpkin Spice lattes (gemstones) and one with spelled ice skates (I think those are all winter or cold names). They’re mostly mindless smut, but they’re great for challenges.

This yummy spell-out is done!

35559 Finished my Dynasty book, so I'm starting my bug audio. Also plugging away at my dragon book.

I listened to the audio for my dynasty book, but it does have a dragon shifter. And I have a special edition trophy copy of it with dragons all over it. But special editions are for trophies, not for reading! :)

If he's not actually a florist, but just says he is to explain his presence, it doesn't work.

35559 @Priya - For Emily Wilde's Compendium, you put August 3 on the spreadsheet, but Goodreads shows the 4th. Which date is correct?

Also, we didn't get the South Africa tasks until the 5th, so whichever date is correct, it can't be used for the UNESCO task. :(

35559 Here are all the lists that come up when I search for florist:

https://www.goodreads.com/list/tag?id...

A few possiblities:

Cozies: Death in Bloom (A Flower House Mystery #1) by Jess Dylan Marigolds, Mischief, and Murder (Camelot Flowers Mysteries Book 1) by Erica Wynters

Romance: Vision in White (Bride Quartet, #1) by Nora Roberts (one of the women is a florist, and they each appear in each book, so any one of them would work) It Had to Be You (Lucky Harbor, #7) by Jill Shalvis (Jill Shalvis is always an easy read and these are interconnected stand-alones within one town.

Why choose: Iris (Silver Springs Library #9) by Aspen Black

I hope you find one that breaks the slump!

35559 I do have this on my TBR. It looks interesting, but I have never read it or anything else by this author. But she was born in South Africa. It's a YA Fantasy.
The Naming (The Books of Pellinor, #1) by Alison Croggon
