Oh no! And you have 2 from that series marked down. Don't read something you don't want to! I'm sure we can find Idaho books. I added an Idaho book last night, and I can read Mercy: Bride of Idaho for a quick read.

I moved your Minotaur book to Crete, because that's the task that scares me right now. But if you more set in Crete, we can always move it back.

35559 @Kamaria, the captain's group ruled against Heir of Fire for an Orange cover. It had to much bleed through into brown. But it does have the word Abundant in the text, so I put there instead.

Kamaria's book Bone Crier's Dawn didn't have a spot in the mini, and it had Harvest in the text. So you're all good. :)

35559 I was really struggling with my Crete book, Zorba the Greek. I finally decided to DNF, but first I Googled Cozy Mystery Crete. So if anyone is looking to read a Crete book for us:

In the Shadow of the Bull - Historical mystery(1450 BC), Crete setting and horns on cover
Death in the Aegean
Death in the Aegean: An Eve Masters Mystery
Captive in Crete: The First Jet Wilson Cozy Mystery - 133 pages, available in KU

35559 If you do what Yasmine posted earlier, click on See All Editions, find your edition, and click Switch to This Edition, then we can use the covers. We just need to go off of what is on your shelf.

That's why Crown of Midnight was logged orange and red tones."

The edition that is on your shelves is Crown of Midnight (Throne of Glass, #2) by Sarah J. Maas . Is that not correct? If it is correct, it doesn't work for orange as I only see purple/dark blue. But it does work for midNIGHT.

The other captains seem to agree that this works for an orange cover, so I'll move it there now.

We do want the edition you are reading, even if that is an older edition. But I think there is too much brown on that cover of Crown of Midnight.

I'm awful with cover color tasks and I'm always afraid that after it's over and we can't read a different one someone will say that it doesn't work. So I'll ask the other captain's for a ruling on this one. And on Iron Flame

35559 Hey team! Just want to mention that the Orange covers have to be at least 50% Orange. Crown of Midnight is marked as an Orange cover, but I think that is a mistake and it was meant to be on Heir of Fire. But I was checking that one earlier and it isn't 50% Orange, because the title is across the orange part, and part of the orange is too brown. This is one of those tasks that we have to be particular on. :)

However, does anyone else think this one is Orange? Iron Flame (The Empyrean, #2) by Rebecca Yarros

35559 I liked that one! I’ve got Don’t Puck With My Heart which is a hockey Omegaverse if we end up needing it.

35559 If it helps, you only need one C and one O. I’ve got a couple of options if we end up needing them.

Hockey romances are a good place to start. If they have Puck in the title, that takes care of the 3 hardest letters.

35559 I think I’m going to have to agree with tineye. I think without the Love Hypothesis sticker it might work, but that cover doesn’t quite make it.

Yes. I'm in the middle of doing updates right now, but I have last year's American Ninja Warrior on the TV and I keep getting distracted. :)

35559 Hey team!

Just a quick reminder. The Food Words in text task in the mini is for specific words. And we can't repeat words. The words on the list are:

(plural OK, no other variants):
corn, grape, ham, bread, cheese, fish, chicken, bread, rice, tomato, pepper, salt, lobster

(Honey and apple already used)

For Crash in Cherry Hill and Wide Sargasso Sea, the supplied words aren't from the list. Is there a word from the list in either of those?

It's a little confusing because most challenges go with the calendar month.
