Lust Mini ChallengePart One
We long for stories of all types. For this part of the mini-challenge we are going to play Consequences with book titles!
Use books titles to fill out the prompts, to make a story.
◈ Only books finished between 4th and 11th November will count for Part One of the Lust mini challenge (i.e. books finished in week 5).
◈ Books will either count towards the main part of the challenge (the Seven Deadly Sins) or towards this mini challenge.
◈ You can fill out up to 7 sets of prompts
◈ You will gain 2 points per book
◈ You will gain an additional 14 points for each completed story
◈ Mod points likely for the best stories
Example
Adjective for person #One - The Quick
#One's name / role - Kadin
Adjective for person #Two - The Beautiful and Damned
#Two's name / role - The Queen of the Tearling
Where they met - The Castle of Otranto
What they went there for - The Selection
What #One wore - Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim
What #Two wore - The Wedding Dress
What #One said to #Two - Kiss Me Like This
What #Two said to #One - Murder Is Easy
The consequence (a description of what happened after) - Death of a Charming Man
What the world said - This Is Going to Hurt: Secret Diaries of a Junior Doctor
Story: The quick Kadin met the beautiful & damned Queen of the Tearling at the Castle of Otranto for the selection. He wore corduroy and denim, she wore her wedding dress.
He said "Kiss me like this!", she said "Murder is easy".
The result was the death of a charming man. The world said "This is going to hurt"
**I think this gets us less points per book than Sin Bingo and cover color, but it might be fun if we can coordinate it.
Part Two (lasts for next 3 weeks)
Part Two
For the next few weeks in the challenge (weeks 5 - 8), read books recommended in the Bad Books thread here
**For the first week, we can count these books for both parts of the Mini- challenge.
Updated to here. 28 books completed.Alexandra, when you get a chance, can you tell us who read The Perks of Being a Wallflower this year?
Laura, the stars look sparkly to me. :)
Sallie, Hope you are feeling better soon -- it's awful to be too sick to even read!
Victoria, Yay for DQs! I'm currently #17 for that book at the library, hoping it comes in sometime before the end of the month.

Updated through here -- except Victoria we have to pick a mini challenge spot for you. For everyone: We have to check in every Sunday at 4 pm EST with the number of books read for that week. That means that only the books you have posted here, have added to your Tower Team list and that we have updated on the spreadsheet can be used. We cannot go back and add them a few days later. So if you aren't seeing your books included, that may be why.

Laura, I've exhausted my spreadsheet knowledge and I'm not sure why that is happening. I'll let Vicky take a look. Do you happen to know by point total which one is not coming up?

Thanks Victoria and Beth! I'm in Aruba for the week. :) I'll try to stay updated, but I'm with friends who don't understand the whole Goodreads/challenge thing and get cranky if I'm on the computer too much.
Nice Job everyone! Checking us in now. I'll try to check in on next week planning later -- on vacation and have a pool and fruity beverages to get to. :)
On another note: Check in for the week is today, and we are currently 1 book under our weekly projection -- which means we lose points. Soooo if anyone has a book they need to enter, PLEASE post it sometime before 4:00 EST.
