I’ve finished my 1st countdown book and working on getting my second one done now. I expect I’ll finish it tonight too.

I’m still working on my books. I had a family wedding out of town and was hoping to get some down time to read but family kept organising things for us to do, so I got barely any reading time in. I’m hoping to get them both finished tonight, but one may bleed over into tomorrow. We don’t seem to have a countdown yet do we?

It’s funny how different people’s opinion of a book can differ so widely. I feel the exact opposite, I love Rebecca and adore Daphne Du Maurier’s writing. I’m sorry you’re not enjoying it as much as you hoped, there is nothing worse than not enjoying a book you thought you would love.

Glad to hear you enjoyed The Martian, and if the MC in Artemis has the same voice as Ma4k Watney, then I reckon I’ll love tha5 book too!

Tina, feel free to choose what you want and I’ll go with what’s left. I am finding I much prefer to chose my books closer to reading them and I will find a book for anything remaining.

No, I haven’t got to Artemis yet. I’m a bit hesitant as I’ve heard mixed reviews. I should really just hit the bullet and read it so I can make my own decision on it!

I’ll pick next round’sgroup 1-3 books nearer the time as I’m more of a mood reader and hate planning much in advance.
