I found cuttlefish in my current read if you wanted to add that to the list of sloth words we’re reading for.

All those quotes, including the monkey quote, reference the actual animal, so they seem fine to me.

The bonus points are nice and can add up for getting certain criteria met, but it looks like the bulk of the points is still from page count like other Towers. ..."I think you’re right Erin. I was just looking at the leader board and the current first place has only read 7 books more than us (in 12th place) but they have read 6000 more page!. Page count definitely seems to be the most important factor.

Sorry, I agree with Erin, it doesn’t look 50% green to me either.

It Happened One Autumn is one of my faves.

I’ve had a copy of
The Girl With All the Gifts on my bookshelf for years and have yet to read it. Maybe I can finally get to it during this TT!

Erin *Proud Book Hoarder* wrote: "Emma, please add A Perfect Storm to your bookshelf when you get a chance so we can add to the spreadsheet, thanks :)"Sorry about that, it’s now added.

Overall, it looks like more brown tones than yellow to me. Also, when you look at the enlarged image the sky behind the clouds is actually more a pinky colour. I don’t think the yellow in the cover would reach the 50%. In saying that, sometimes this sort of thing is subjective so others may see it differently. 🙂
Erin *Proud Book Hoarder* wrote: "I am seeing Avarice on both spreadsheets (copied from the main sheet) as Anything goes, so that should work fine.
Unless I'm completely misunderstanding what you mean, which is possible!"No that sounds good. Message 11 might need to be amended to reflect Avarice instead of Greed for yellow/dystopia/anything goes? 🙂

So, just entered a book I’m reading to the planning sheet. It falls under Greed (anything goes), however that wasn’t an option on the SS. Instead Avarice is listed as an option but avarice isn’t one of the Sins listed on the first page of our thread. I’ve put it under avarice for the moment.

I’ve got three books on the go at the moment and I hope to have at least two finished by the end of the week, maybe all three if there’s time.
I’ve popped the two that I’ll definitely finish in the planning sheet

I don’t read YA much anymore either, however there may be a couple I can get to at some stage through the challenge.

Third by only 10 points is awesome! Especially if we didn’t bend the rules to get there. Good work girls!

Karen, when I enlarge that book, it also looks tan to me.
Would you ladies agree..."Looks at least 50% purple to me. From what I can tell it’s different shades of purple sky to past the half way mark, then turns more pinkish after that.

Yay, thanks Sammy! Feels good to get the last book done, this challenge has indeed been a... challenge 😋
Thankfully the team was totally awesome!! Thanks for a good challenge ladies 😀

All done, I just had to wait for the next round of another challenge to start before I could finish this book, kill two birds with one stone 🙂
I’ll add the finish date now, but if someone could link it for me, that would be great!

Thanks Sammy, I’ll finish it before deadline tomorrow 😀

So, for Gluttony (Pink/Historical Romance/ 600+ pages or in a 12+ series or in a series or author you can't stop binge reading or yummy food on cover) does the novellas in a series count as part of the 12+ books in a series? I found a series that’s 8 full size books long, but the additional novellas bring it to 13.
