It's a good chance to clear out my overburdened to-read bookcases, that's for sure. They aren't organized well so it was hard to find superspecific things or cover art, but glancing for title/authors with an O isn't hard.
Sheila -- I just want somebody else to move the banked books or whatever we want to use for Milon. I'm not touching anything because I messed it up last time :-)Back to my Os...
OK, I've been working on this, and so far I'm at Eurotrash and I hope to make it to level 4 by September:July

I've put a Kenneth Oppel on my challenge shelf. If we grab the "R" and "H" from our third TORCHWOOD and put them in the Milon one we've got it. Hey, the H is my FRIENDLY GABLES and that's perfect because it's from 1958.
The "R" Ruby Red has a silver cover, so maybe we should grab Plethora's April Robin Murders so we don't waste a silver text book.
When is the day we can drop a color challenge?
Finished my Orson Scott Card. Looks like we've got 5 old books already, so maybe we can grab the remaining TRHO from any old book?I think I'll look for more short O books for tomorrow.
I switched from my Rosie book to Orson Scott Card's Cruel Miracles. I've got an H book as well. Actually, this is an excellent chance to clear out some of the books that have been waiting on my shelves for decades...Do we just need to match Milon (4 books) or beat him (5 books)?
I finished my silver titled
so I stole the R for the second round. We need two more Os I think. I found Rosie O'Donnell's
which I think I'll read next as I want something short.I hadn't realized my zombie book was 416 pages! At least Prince Harry made an appearance. (He was not a zombie)
Leckie, Ann - Ancillary Justice (Imperial Radch #1) - Informal Buddy Read, Start Date July ??, 2016

I liked this quote:"Without feelings insignificant decisions become excruciating attempts to compare endless arrays of inconsequential things. It's just easier to handle those with emotions." p.88
I could finish either an O or a silver text tomorrow. If anyone else is reading an O I'll do the silver; otherwise I can switch back.I kind of like it that I'm wavering between a regency romance and a military SF zombie apocalypse. Shows my range.
I think it depends on how hard the Os and silver are. If we spin again we end up with THREE color challenges, and they might be harder!
Right, it's like the finding green in SPANDEX. Now we have to find brown and a silver texted cover. (two things to pay for spinning a new word).
When does the new week officially start? Did we miss it? I like the new word but the second color challenge is tricky!

Yeah, the deer was even better than a cop with no common sense. Hey Sheila, how is your house? Is it back to normal now?
