Yay, new card!

For the travel agent card, we can pull one of them as if it were a banked card? We don't have to read it? That's a cool resource!

And we'll wait until you check on the list.

I don't think you have to request the free square in advance -- on the sheet all the others say "Request from mod" but that one doesn't.

I've got a WATER title I could read by Thursday if my whining for a new card is not effective :-)

Don't get invested. I'm holding out for a new card :-) And I think it's "I" as in ICEBERG because the others are capital letters.

Anyone object to getting a new card? We should put in soon so we can plan around the new categories.

Or maybe we should put in for a new card. All the "Title" contains here will be very hard. I like the idea of using all the bonuses!

We can put in probably time of finishing in the "Date Read" spot so if someone has a book finishing sooner they can grab it. That way we can see if we have a chance of finishing by Thursday night.

What is the Travel Agent link? I still have no idea what that is.

Let's put in immediately for the two bonuses -- Extra Bonus and X3 bonuses. Now that we have fewer banked books we will fill out less of the square and are less likely to even hit the bonus boxes. Next square will be even sparser!

Maybe you should keep a small fridge in the living room even after the remodel. The supply of Dr Pepper from your reading chair sounds perfect!

I hope your new kitchen is installed without problems and you can enjoy a delightful cooking experience, without worrying about your poor feet!

Right, I'm taking advantaging of that wait. But if we put them all in, they can do them at the same time. It's probably all done from the same page.

I'm pretty hazy about the mysterious ways of the mods...

I also want to

* Ask Mods for another power square (Field Goal Bonus)
* Ask mods to increase power squares to 3X (Love Letter Bonus)

* Submit Pyramid with all the extra squares we can dig up!

* Maybe ask the mods what the "Travel Agent Account" is because that's our new bonus

Then we can go for a few more patterns just as a cool-down period. Ladies, we got all the patterns! Woot! This is the kind of thing my list-loving soul gets a big kick from!

"She" in title.

I don't think we should use the free square bonus because we don't need that square for pyramid. We only need one switch and for no real reason I was penciling in Nancy's The Leaving.

We need mod approval for a lot of these, but that seems OK because that way we know a mod is online when we submit, in case of problems. Actually, maybe we should hold the free square in reserve in case of SHARK.

Did Scary Stories have a house on it? My copy did, but there are some others.

Before submitting, we should:


?? Add an Extra Bonus?? -- do this as well? The boxes will probably have less and less extra from here on.
Increase bonuses to 3X.
Move a category to get a pattern. If we do pyramid, we get the bonus "use book from Travel Agent Account." I don't know what that is. If we do railroad, we apparently don't get a new bonus and we need to use the free-cell bonus to make Heir of Fire work.

Finished the "She book"

We can have the pyramid if we want to get the last bonus.

That would complete Railroad Tracks. I started something Called She Said/She Saw -- I should finish that in about an hour. With that we could get the Pyramid if we use a bonus to move the Starts with L square to the Title "LIke" Square.

Do we want to wait so we get all the possible bonuses? I guess we probably shouldn't use the bonus to fit Heir of Fire in, but I think we'll be able to do one more.

So we want to do:
?? Add an Extra Bonus??

I like that idea, Moonlight.

So should we switch to doing a Pyramid, which I think is the only one we have left? If we move the bonuses to cover Title contains "Like" and "She", we are in the same shape we were for Railroad -- just need to finish the Game of Life square.

Where does it say you can only do them once? I was looking over the rules and I missed it.
