Ha! Blogger is kind of crazy as far as moderating comments.

And yes, I'm doing Nano. A handful of us in my Patreon are doing it together.

Oh! Yes, I can see that would be an odd feeling.

That's what I did before I was married. IT MAKES SENSE.

But we waste so much food because I tend to shop randomly, just repeat buying the same stuff (whether we eat it or not) with no actual plan in mind.

Now that I plan the meals out, it's so much simpler and I only buy what I know for sure we'll eat.

I mean, it's so very obvious, but because I hadn't done much cooking in years, I didn't even think about it. Now that I'm doing most of the cooking, I, er, notice things. :-D

Well, that's kind of a heart-sinker.

I don't understand either. And yet, something has happened to people I used to consider friends, despite our differing political views. And the only common denominator I see is FOX and its ilk. Once upon a difference of political opinion was not a reason to view someone as an enemy.

34844 1 - All the lovely little things that warm an autumn night: starlight, flannel sheets, candles, fireplaces, hot drinks, snuggly pups...

2 - Spoiling the SO for his birthday. He really deserved some pampering this year. His work place has turned into Crazy Town. I keep trying to convince him to set a murder mystery there.

3 - Old photos

4 - Experimenting with new cocktail recipes

5 - Planning meals a week in advance. Game changer. Seriously.

Oh! I'm always flabbergasted that there are states that don't do this! I don't think I've voted in person for the last ten years or so.

I'm not sure why Amazon's "global" print program is not actually global. It's not like they can't ship to other countries, but... the ways of Amazon are mysterious and arcane.

Yes. It's not looking good.

Thank goodness. Maybe it's not available in Italy?

I was sick for a month, however, I had just gotten over being sick with a cold when I caught it, so I think my immune system was already battered. Also, I got boosted AFTER we'd already been exposed. So that didn't help either. It was basically the worst possible timing to catch it.

Even so, it never felt life-threatening, although when I hit the fourth week, I did start to wonder if I had developed pneumonia.

It also took forever to get over the fatigue. I still have all kinds of weird nerve pain I never had before.

Yet the SO, who's diabetic and had a small stroke a few years back, basically brushed covid off in 2 days and barely blinks at the boosters.

It's impossible to calculate.
