Review:
I really don't know what to say about this book.
I was a bit confused at time with the 1st person/3rd person narrative. That was mainly because sometimes after the 3rd person narrative it would go back to Deanna like she was there with the person, when we know that she wasn't.
Still, I liked Deanna, Jeremy, Mike, etc...
Not sure that it would be enough for me to continue on with the series though. This one ended on a good enough note for me not to really want more. I will just have to wait and see how I feel about it at a later date.

Review:
A stunning conclusion to Cat and Bone's story.
Jeaniene Frost knows how to pack action and emotion in the pages of her book.
Cat went through the ringer in this one. Kicking a$$ and crying all over the place. The love that Cat and Bones share was as undeniable as it's been from the very beginning.
Now they got to ride off to be happy without all the drama.
As I said before there was action, but there were also secrets revealed that will rock your socks off.

Review:
I want to be vague, so as not to give too much away, but it may just sound like gibberish.
This book solidified three things, (1) Vlad is a badass, (2)Leila is totally kickass, and (3) Vlad loves Leila, even though he doesn't/didn't seem to admit it.
This book was so good. I may have said this of book 1, but I laughed so much. The banter between these two was too much. I think it was made funnier, because it didn't feel forced or like they were trying to be funny.
So.... Something happens that leads Leila and Vlad to end their relationship. Leila goes back to the carnival. At this point, Marty has found someone to replace Leila in their act (she happens to look a bit like Leila, which was explained very well). He offers to get rid of her, but Leila being true to herself didn't want to ruin the chance the girl had to get her life together.
Not long after returning, tragedy strikes, and Leila (with the help of Maximus) is looking to avenge the death of a friend and all the other innocent people.
So.... The journey begins to lead her back to Vlad, but along the way we have a lot of doubt & confusion, death & betrayal.
All of that to lead to exactly what Leila, and apparently Vlad, want for themselves (eventually).

Review:
I loved Sonia. She was feisty, but compassionate and how now joined the ranks of the other KA heroines that I have fallen in love with.
It took me a while to warm up to Callum. It was a good thing that his point of view was given, because I may have just disliked him and wished that Sonia had ended up with Ryon.
One thing is for sure, their journey to an hea or hfn was not an easy rode, but the chemistry between these two were off the charts. This of course is no surprise since this is KA's writing I am talking about.
This book, as the one before it, did not end in an hea because the couples in both books still have a roll to play in the final battle or whatever will take place after the prophecy comes to fruition.
Knowing the 3 books(?) in this series are connected is great but bittersweet, great because it isn't a long drawn out series (even though I love KA's books, but it will be a conclusion soon to what the prophecies are about) and bittersweet because I would like to get stories where Ryon, Caleb, Calder, Regan, Gregor, and Yuri also meet someone and fall in love (Regan if it is possible for her to have someone besides Mac).

Review:
I love Vlad, I love Vlad , I love Vlad!!!
As you can see I love Vlad. I have been looking forward to his story since he ended up being part of the gang with Cat and Bones. I was glad to see that his story and fall to love last more than one book. He was too complex a man, and thus too complex a vampire to be able to be summed up in one book.
I love Leila just as much. she was the perfect woman to come along for Vlad. She is no shrinking violet, which I love, but at the same time she is trying to learn to live in the world she has been cast into due to a horrible accident. She is also to complex a woman to be summed up in one book.
From the moment these two meet the sparks fly. So much chemistry it is astounding.
The road to love isn't easy, and they have an enemy that they need to vanquish. With Leila's unique abilities that is what they set out to do.
This story is a continuation, so there is not a hea, but just a hfn, because these two still have issues and enemies to deal with.

Review:
The easiest thing that happened with either Harper or Trent was falling in love with one another.
Harper had been through a horrible experience with her ex that left her scarred both mentally and physically. The ordeal left her distrustful of people and also of the police.
Trent is a tattoo artist that specializes in tattoo to cover scars, so Harper goes to him to help with the damage that was done to her body. She gets more than she bargained for because not only does he help with the physical aspect of her ordeal, but also helps her with the mental aspects as well.
She actually begins to start living her life outside of the fear that has been weighing her down, since it happened.
Trent has a bit of distrust of his own, stemming from an ordeal with his ex. Though his wasn't as traumatic as her it still left a mark on how he deals with things when it comes to Harper.
Even though they both have baggage, they are so good for each other and easily become a part of each other in life and love.
Still, the specters of the past never stay hidden, and they soon learn you have to deal with it before you can actually move ahead. Because those specters come back with a vengeance.
I was glad to see Harper grow from the scared women she was in the beginning to the confident woman she became by the end. Trent was good for her in so many ways, and didn't let her hide behind the fears of the past.
