Lonny followed through the gate, jaw hanging open.
It was unlike anything he'd seen before.
'Oh my...' He couldn't find words for the way he felt. He wondered what the answers were to the questions that flooded his head. 'Is everyone okay? What's going on? Can I help?' He simply stood there, not quite sure what to do.
Catrina came from behind him, her expression more composed than Lonny's but it still held the shock and sorrow he felt. 'Claire...' she thought, relieved at the sight of her sister. She let out a breath she'd been holding for quite awhile now.

Claire perked her ears and widened her eyes when she saw the crash. It wasn't the prettiest sight and it certainly wasn't one that you WANT to see everyday. She swallowed hard and ran towards where Kamdain sat, not particularly WANTING to help but knowing it was protocol. "Are you okay?" she asked dumbly.

Catrina laughed to herself. 'Sure...' she thought. "It doesn't matter, we should still-"
There was a large crash.
Everyone tilted upward, ears perked.
Horrible scenarios ran through Catrina's mind. She envisioned the news anchor: "And now today, we have the story of a young middle schooler who was hit by a mad man yesterday afternoon." She swallowed and ran ahead, towards the sound of the crash.
Lonny looked after her for a second then followed.

Claire narrowed her eyes in annoyance. For the last fifteen minutes she'd had horrible visions of June and the new girl, 'whatever her name was' Claire had deemed her, entering her bedroom at night. She shuddered. 'I would just slice those two to bits if I could,' she thought despairingly.
When she looked up, she barely escaped an out-of-control car that whizzed by her face.
"Watch where your going," she mumbled before a large crash sounded.
