So so sorry Plethora! We missed your question, not sure how. Thank you for asking again.

You will be getting the full list of tasks when you get your villain.

There's no time restraint on when you read your tasks. What you pick for your monthly level is just to get people of similar reading speeds on the same teams. You could read all your required ones right away, or wait. There's no time limit on your Villains, so it's just a matter of working with your team and being flexible.

It's not per month, it's jsut when you get them done, for the Villains themselves, so it's about being flexible and not having your team wait for you. If everyone on your team is doing 4 books each but they all finish in one week, you're not going to want to wait til the end of the month to do yours.

Does that make sense? There's no time limits, so it's just about working together at whatever pace you all choose to do.

Any two weeks within that month, doesn't have to be the same ones each month, just whichever you can do.

Correct, "Demon" (though not a book in this case) is Tier 1.

We made it so that the starting book/word is always Tier 1 as to not bring any confusion, though it has, sorry about that! Looking through the other challenges, it seems like the regular challenge is correct (one word/book as Tier 1) but not the Demon one.

Demon is Tier 1, so 5 more tiers off that would be needed to complete the Demon waterfall.
