213642 Got my completions from the last two days caught up. Read-a-thon ended up being more of a sleep-a-thon, but I got some stuff read.

I started the Nautilus Shell book, am 55% through it, so it'll be done tonight. Not sure what I'll start after that.

213642 Thanks Jackie! The pain is less today, I'm looking forward to my pillow arriving on Monday and hopefully being pain free for the first time in a few weeks. :/

The book was enjoyable Ashley. I just finished up. You find out they set sail 22% into the book, so the rest is all on or in the ocean.

Getting started on a D Title book here shortly.

213642 Ha! Road trip. :) You'd have to come pick me up Angie. ;)
Jan 26, 2018 06:17PM

213642 I didn't read Rolling first, just went into this one, and I'm enjoying it so far. I'm not quite half way yet and it's been good, not the best thing ever but enjoyable. :)

If they stay out to sea the rest of the book it'll also fit for on/in sea, as well as the Octopus I have it for.

213642 LOL y'all!

Sorry I've been quieter than usual. I've been dealing with some headaches / neck pain for the past few weeks. It's worn me down. But I'm reading my books, my one will be a while, but I'll be done with the Octopus book tomorrow.

Anyone doing anything fun for the weekend?

213642 Task number is correct. Sorry, I did that wrong on mine! When I was scrolling over to put the numbers in, I was only seeing the Column number, not the Task number.

Now I was spaghetti Jackie! :)

213642 In over 3,700 books (both read and tbr) I have one Dinglehopper and that's it. Geeesh!

Off to look for things not on my personal shelves. :)

Dinglehopper: (I read fairly recently)

The Restaurant at the End of the Universe (Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, #2) by Douglas Adams The Restaurant at the End of the Universe (Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, #2) by Douglas Adams

Gonna put books I find in message 7. Don't know what I'm gonna start tonight, so may just do one of the spell-it-out letters.

213642 I haven't gone looking yet. Trying to finish up the book I'm on today so I can start fresh, well on audios anyways. Kindle wise I'm reading The Way of Kings, so I'll be on that for a while longer.

Anyways, I'm gonna look after my audiobook, which I'll have done in just over another hour. I don't think I have anything with any of the cover items, so I'll be searching a while. :/ Will let y'all know when I do find things.

213642 We can claim tasks here or on the spreadsheet, whichever is best for you all.

No, I'd say that one doesn't fit for Ocean, with on or in, it's meant to be on a ship or actually in the ocean like a mermaid story.

213642 I read that a few years back and didn't love it. Didn't really say much in my review but gave it 3. Did end up reading all the trilogy, gave the 2nd one a 3 as well but the 3rd one a 4, so it was worth the time to read I guess, even though I didn't love it. I read Mortal Danger by the same author and didn't love it. It was weird than I expected it to be. I gave it a 3 but really don't have much of an interest in reading more, it was just meh for me.

213642 Nyxia was really good. I really enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to the next one.

Notifications seem to be trying to catch up. I have the mod one for VtV set to notify me, there were two posts, then I posted as Mod Acct. Over the last hour, all 3 notifications straggled in a different times. :/

213642 I definitely will, you know how I love to recommend stuff. :) I don't think I've read any in quite a while. I was trying to think of some and the only ones that came to mind were Dare Mighty Things and Nyxia. Neither were life and death stuff, but some competition stuff and were both enjoyable. I liked Nyxia more.
Jan 23, 2018 09:35AM

213642 Oh nice! :) I enjoy books like that with the competitions, especially deadly ones. I'm always looking for more like that.
