Mods, if this is something you don’t mind keeping an eye on, any chance you could add in the link to this thread?If so, I’ll copy that link to my goodreads note on my phone, along side the links to ‘my comments’ and ‘my threads’ that you so kindly supplied for me. So much easier to find everything now.
This is a brilliant idea. So many times I’ve got a basic memory of the book someone was looking for and am sure I’ve read it. When I finally stumble across a possible book... I can’t find the thread. I’ve now got a list (somewhere) of possible books in case the thread pops up again.

Keep trying. Some books are found in minutes... some take years. Most fall somewhere in between. Doesn’t hurt to have so many people in this group keeping an eye on it. Just bump it every month or two to keep jogging memories.

This is a big maybe, because it is basically erotica/romance. Each book is based on one poly/group, and almost all are tirades or above. Most are polyandry, so more men in the groups than women. Lots of human/alien-of-different varieties matches, some human/humans. On earth and off. If you can look around the sex, the world these author have built is great. The stories are awesome and just about all the characters are well done. There’s all sorts of politics, problems and adventures. The last few books have been struggling imo, but the first 10 or so are some of my favs. I’d love to see this series on screen.

There was a tv series (the Zoo) that was vaguely similar. Obviously americanised tho. I’ve had a QUICK look and seems like it MIGHT have been based off a James Patterson book. You might be able to find more if it seems familiar.
