118012 Also...

I'm planning to read A Tale of a Tub this year, too. Let me know if you're interested in doing it as a BuddyRead.

118012 Pallavi-
Hunger Games is definitely set in Earth's future. It's a really exciting read; I think you'll like it.

118012 Hi, Pallavi.
Allison set up a separate thread with rules and explanations for Bookopoly in the Game Folder. You can start by checking there. Ive had to reference it frequently as I move around the game board.

This thread is for posting your progress and requesting book ideas from other players. You may want to go to the beginning of the thread and read the first several posts.

If you'd like ideas for Travel Ahead, let us know here. I can personally recommend...
- Ender's Game
- Ready Player One
- Shards of Honor

118012 Lynnette-

I read The Summer Before the War recently. It was very good. I don't usually read new releases but the author wrote Major Pettigrew's Last Stand so I snapped it up.

118012 Nice job, Karolyn. Yeah, it's not humanly possible to put those books down once you've started.

118012 Love the title! I'll look forward to hearing what you think when you finish.

118012 Thanks, Allison. Awesome choices! I think I'll do the Goblet of Fire and pair it with the Dog Days mini-challenge. Huzzah!

118012 Great job, Ladies!
118012 Excellent! I need to work on this one. I'm desperately behind.

118012 Haha! Congrats!

118012 Good for you, Jenn!

118012 Exactly! ... Well, until I get close to the end. Then I'll read things to fit the categories. Especially if I'm close to a Bingo or a Blackout. But sometimes that pushes me outside my comfort zone so all is well. ;-)

118012 Great job, Cindy!

Vero-
I do exactly the same thing! Although I won't scruple to move things around until I get my first Bingo. So Our Mutual Friend might start off as N1: a classic, but get moved to G4: male author. Once I claim my first Bingo though, everything stays put. It's just to hard to keep track after that. :p
