Dirty little imp, I think it's time to shed him like a dog shed his fur. Deny him cast him out to wander in the wilderness deny him the soul he wants and block all his attempts and gathering others. Make him expend his diminishing energy until he winks out like a guttering candle.

Hmm, it is what it is, to me means just that it is and no matter what you can't change it so that is what it is. For example the price of petrol, it is what it is. No matter how you rail(?) against it you can't change it. Unless you give up driving and start riding a bike that is.

Not a clue, I am a horror and fantasy reader for the most part. Good luck on finding the title would help if I could but am truly clueless...

Wow Elyse, it sounds like you had a week or two from hell. I hope things get better for you soon, If you can't get rid of the water think about stocking you cellar with fish and you have an instant indoor pond. Ori hope you feel better soon, Just finished the Thanksgiving food, 20Lb turkey and 8.5Lb ham all the fixings and three pies. Now working of food for Christmas.

Just finished reading The Eye of the World, book one in the Wheel of Time. Now reading The great Hunt book two of the Wheel of Time.

Wouldn't happen at work for me it would be clean up for days on end.

Good evening all, Emma if you are like me and clumsy I would go with the call. I have two hallway lights I need to replace, did it once and nearly electrocuted myself. I just had to replace my washing machine because it decided to start smoking. Yes I could make a joke out of it, but... Now I am stripping, paint that is and nearly set the whole hose on fire. You would think I'd learn but nope always have to try.

Poor George just trying to add a little enjoyment and levity to the event...

Flo, I have to agree with Ori I heard it far to many times from the nurses and doctors when I was taking my daughter into the hospital. She got feed up with it and one day said "Let me see I'm in heart failure my back hurts, I have fluid retention in my stomach which makes people ask when do I deliver, you keep sticking me full of needles and ask me how I am, what do you think ? I'm fed up."
