Good evening Ori, isn't it typical they tell you, you have a problem and never tell you what the real problem is. Oh use your external hard drive... Forgot to tell you it is your external hard drive that is messing everything up.

I like reading horror stories they just don't have a fright to them, well not to me anyway. Ordinary circumstance with a twist can be interesting, but ghost stories and the like have no appeal for me, I guess you have to believe in ghosts.

Are we still playing games with the smarty pants ? Oh I love playing games the more childish the better. When I was a kid one of the most annoying was when I would say to my sister "I know I am but what are you"? Use to annoy the heck put of her and it works for almost anything. Note the word almost.
As of late at work I have taken to typing my messages to people backwards, helps relieve the boredom, and it irritates them which is a bonus.

Kath all due respect but I don't like Terry Pratchett.
Ori, I found spelling doesn't work with kids, it seems they can't spell to save there lives unless it a swear word they could spell them better than we can. Never make a mistake spelling one in front of kids they will correct you.

The survival instinct is called fight or flight, it's a basic survival instinct in all mankind, if you can't fight it run.

Ori thanks for the word I hate thread, Love it. Flo if you put your smarties in a bag before you put them there then the won't melt and leave stains everywhere. I guess I will leave it at that, as I will get myself in trouble if I keep on about cleaning up...

Please enough, I'm not from California I'm not a surfer Dude. Here's one that gets me "you know what I mean". No I don't I'm not a mind reader why don't you tell me and then I will.
Or here is one I'm sure Frenchie hate when some one swears and the says pardon my French... Why French what did they ever do to you. I wonder when the French swear do they say pardon my English ?

I can't say I have ever read anything that was really scary, but if you talk about watching the it would have to be the Evil Dead. It is about the only movie I have seen that got me jumping, I don't scare easily. The worst fear can be found inside nothing external can scare you more then what is in side of you.

Yes a very disturbing saying. Or Dude I know people who use it for everything.

I love baking as well home made pies both savory and sweet. breads cakes puddings love doing it all. chocolate éclairs and Finnish braid. I could keep going for days listing all the thinks I like cooking. But this is a page for words or phrases you hate, LOL.

As the saying goes, serious as a heart attack. Cooking is relaxing, nothing better than baking bread from scratch after a bad day at work, kneading the dough is very therapeutic. BTW thaw the chicken and cook it in a frying pan with just a little oil and cover it to keep the heat and moisture in. put some Italian dressing on it for a little added flavor.

I very seldom make bad tasting food, have had one or two true disasters, but those were from reading the recipe wrong. LOL. OOOh I bet there is someone out there who hats TXT speak in posts and messages.

A scary story, supernatural stories and horrible monster aren't all that scary.
A true to life event with a little twist to it now that is scary. a good example is the Amityville horror. Based on a true story of a haunted house in Amityville NY. It's about a family who move into a haunted house where a man who kills his whole family saying the devil made me do it. There are some truly terrifying twists and turns in the movie and the book as I remember rightly.

My hate phrase would be "does it taste good", I like experimenting with cooking, and I like talking about food the one question I get from a lot of people is "does it taste good". No I made it and it is absolutely ghastly, that's why I'm eating it. ( "Here's your sign..." "stolen from an American comedian who uses it when people asked stupid questions.)

You are mourning a brother. It is not how close you are it is the loss of the possibility of getting to know him better and get closer to him that is causing the sadness pain and suffering. Whether you wanted to or not is neither here nor there.

Ori my heart goes out to you it is hard loosing a loved one no matter the situation. There is no better place to talk about it than here with your friends.

LOL my laptop is old, over 4 years and feeling it's age. I think I need to give the hamsters inside an energy boost maybe a few extra nuts and seeds to see if they can increase there speed... Actually it's not even mine it the bosses she lets me use it I don't have my own computer I haven't had one since my son was 14 and took passion of my desk top and then the next and the next. Kids got to love them.

Hmmm sunny and bright yes but otherwise sucks. We are in the middle of an audit at work, god you have to love the bean counters. What makes it worse they aren't auditing our accounts but our record keeping and key control and training and the like. What a waste of time money and energy. To top it all off I don't think I ever saw such a miserable depressing bunch of people in my life. I nearly stuck my head in the door and told them to smile and not to worry there faces won't crack. But knowing them they probably would.

Like you Frenchie sparkly and magical.

Have been debating on selling my house and getting a 40ft canal long boat which means I will also have to re think my library. Oh decisions, decisions, decisions.
