It's just another way to spread info. I know a lot of people quite literally use it to update everyone on what they're doing every second of the day but I use it to get helpful info on book marketing, tips from agents and editors, and to learn about book giveaways and contests. I announce when I do a new blog post, new giveaway, new review, etc. I "retweet" links about marketing and writing. Like I said earlier, though, I only spend a very limited amount of time on there.

I think the biggest draw for people is the limit of 140 characters on every post. And honestly, it can be a challenge to get an entire idea into so small a sentence. LOL :o)

Well, I've been stalking Joyce forever now. :oP

I am now stalking you too, Danielle. How did you get so many followers? I am always shocked when someone has thousands. Does it require a lot of effort? I find my time so divided these days that twitter only gets checked maybe once a day for ten minutes or so. :o(

I have a confession to make: I didn't mail out books today. My apologies to Liz, Cindy, Rachel & Jana. I was going to try to mail your prizes out today but something incredibly wonderful came up. My brother's wife went in for a c-section this morning and my beautiful nephew Joel was born. He was breach, something they suspected, but it wasn't until last night that they decided a c-section was necessary. Everything went perfectly and mother and baby are doing splendidly!

Again, my apologies. I will get your books out in tomorrow's mail. :o)
