Only now you try even harder, because you’re making up for lost time. Soon enough that injury starts flaring up again, or maybe another part of your body starts to get angry. So what’s going on here?

Vibrating Foam Roller Vyper Full Body Mobility Routine
I’m making this video to show you how to use the Vyper vibrating foam roller because I am incredibly impressed with this tool. Not only does it dramatically improve the effectiveness of foam rolling, but it also makes it take less than one-third of the time it usually takes me. Here is a the exact routine I use to target my entire body with the Vyper from Hyperice.
