In Dire Straits Countdown – Tim’s Green Beans
Today’s Countdown includes a recipe for my usual “What’s Cooking Wednesday” posts.
In In Dire Straits, cowboy hero Tim doesn’t like green vegetables. At all. Tanya, the ranch cook served up this casserole to not only make green beans tasty, but, with the final corn flake topping, “invisible” to Tim.
Even Tim gives this recipe a thumbs up. And no, Tanya would never make the mushroom soup/fried onion “classic.”
