Happy New Year -Make It Magical!
I wanted to catch you before you raise that champagne glass to wish you a prosperous, unapologetic, ignited and fresh new mindset 2017. Yes, I had to add all that -so you are reminded to shift into the game changer, revolutionary, freedom fighter you were meant to be. I want to remind you that this is not the year of just making vision boards, instead, its the year to start achieving what’s on the boards.
Here is a fresh canvas, let’s paint the picture we want to see on our walls in relationships, businesses and life.

You probably have been seeing my posting and talking about my new podcast called Purposewalk Podcast- and yes the words Purpose, Awakening, and Shifts are all part of my brand and focus.
The Podcast will be featuring thought leaders who are walking in their divine alignment and purpose. The podcast is fluid so no edits, no fluff and that is what we are about.
It will have the likes of Lisa Nichols, Shayla Boyd-Gill, and many others ., its been in the making for some time now.
I can tell you with pride that the very first show is out and you are the privileged ones to be gifted with this as a new year special from me.
Our fist guest in the podcast is my good friend and business partner, none other than Sonia Poleon.
Sonia has just come back to the UK from a very successful TV book tour in the US, where she was featured on various television stations to include CBS. ( Of course, you know her book coach was none other than your girl Ava right?)

Happy Holidays -From My Home To Yours!
Hey! Ava Eagle Brown here!
As someone who grew up with very little family, the one I have matters hugely to me and the most IMPORTANT thing to me in the world…
… my family my kids, mother siblings and some friends who have become family to include you.
That’s why I LOVE this holiday season every year. Although I’m not fortunate enough to have the freedom to see my family over the year, I hope to get everyone together one day soon, so we can all just laze around in the sun (Jamaica of course) and just chill one Christmas.
Family time is very important, its non-negotiable full stop.
√They are the ones that are there when you’re struggling on the hustle like I do -my kids hold me together daily
√They are the ones that are there cheerleading for you always even when you feel its IMPOSSIBLE at times
√They are the ones that love you regardless of your faults warts and all
My advice this holiday season is to give them something special, not gifts of diamonds and gold, BUT your TIME …they so deserve it!
So try to turn off the gadgets … and spend some quality time with your loved ones make them feel special and remind them that they matter.
Have a MAGICAL HOLIDAY!VERY MAGICAL ! Make it snow in your heart.
