Ticking Off My Buckelist!
There is no one who deserves love on this planet more than you, so start being the best example of what that should look like.Lastweek I strutted my stuff on a catwalk in Dublin, not because I am of the size that society says a model should be, but because I decided that fashion for me had no size.
Not because it was easy, but because I felt the fear, but came out of my comfort zone and pushed myself to tick it off my bucket list.
Far too often we are at the cliff of what we want to do but allow what others think and what society dictates to hold us hostage. As a result, the riches places on earth have stopped being the diamond fields in Africa and the oil fields in the Middle East.
Instead, the richest places on earth are now graveyards as so many dreams are buried there.
Stop stifling YOU by waiting on the world for approval, get up and do all you desire, want and need in order to become the best version of yourself by loving you first.
As a life coach, I generally work with my clients first around the conversation about self and self-love.

Sometimes life will mock you- add contradictions to your life.
Life is full of mockery, sometimes you can help everyone but can’t help yourself, don’t give up you will be mocked sometimes, you will be beaten sometimes. I am here to tell you that you cant get the acknowledgment without agony.
Breathe through the mockery baby breathe. If you don’t get beaten you won’t understand the game of life. Survive your mockery and await your victory as it will be double for your trouble.#dontgiveup

ComfortZone The New Dream Killer
I am so sure that many of you wake up today wondering what has happened to my life, where has the year gone and why am I still stuck? We don’t have to be stuck, we just need to make a decision to shift.
I am really wanting to help more people write their books and start their businesses or even get unstuck!!
Sometimes our growth is hampered by us just needing clarity and direction. I was that person who had all the ideas but needed clarity. I wanted to ditch my 9 to 5 hell called a JOB- just over broke, but fear and comfort zone kept me in bondage.
I kept wondering what would happen if I didnt make it?
What if I could pay the bills?
And all the #whatifs were mostly unfounded.
Interestingly when you decide to step on fear and #JUMP those fears become nonexistent. There are so many of us who are wanting to just walk away from that place of feeling captured and have what I call have time and location freedom. More of us want to spend time with our families, not miss a school assembly and just be on our own terms.

As part of this quest, Dr. Ava Eagle Brown has launched The Global Empowerment Tour to promote her message of resilience, persistence, self-love, and empowerment around the world, for women, girls, men and boys. She has created a fundraising campaign to support the project. The campaign will raise a goal of $50,000 and continue to raise funds to reach their stretch goal of $125,000 to complete the tour. My daughter and I are free at last
This is the most important post I have ever posted- since I began on Facebook over 6 years ago.
It’s 324am on Sunday 28/01/2018. My daughter and I have just had our first ever deep discussion about that awful night, back in 2000 when we were both violated mental , emotionally and me physically.
Wow there were deep breaths, tears and clarification. I found out tonight that she has some patterns that she operates with based on that experience. Damn -its all making sense now. I also got to share some of the remnants of mine with her and we both recognise that some of our similarities are based on the same event.
Thankfully, I got to touch subjects and areas of that whole ordeal, I have been too afraid to touch with her , because I wasnt sure of how much she remembered.
To my surpise , she remembered more than I could imagine. Yes when she was 7 she had flashbacks for the first time and voiced it then, but overall we have not revisited it the way we did just now. What makes it even more easy on me, is the fact that she is now almost 20 with a wider perspective of the world. It was uncomfortable but #necessary ..sometimes necessary is not the easiest but has to be done.
I feel so relieved, my heart is lighter and sadly she ended by saying she can’t watch #themangogirl but I get that.
I am going to bed now, feeling safe in the fact that – she too is safe and relieved in her heart . She has always been my soldier , we have been through a lot together and she has a deeply rooted special place in my being.
My heart is cleansed and my soul revived.
