Just be bold brave and unapologetically you!
1) This crap is frightening… and hard! Not a day has passed by that I wasn’t terrified shitless eventually. I’m continually scared that I’ve settled on the wrong choice, that I’m going to wind up in monstrous obligation, that I don’t realize what my next wellspring of wage is, that my heart is driving me in the wrong heading, that I’m not certain where my heart was driving me. Becoming acquainted with yourself and your fantasies and after that living them is just about the scariest thing on the planet.
2) However it’s so justified, despite all the trouble. I have never been more satisfied. I comprehend myself, the individuals around me and the universe in ways I never knew I could… or knew was even conceivable. Every day I have no less than one minute where I say to myself, “ah, that is it. Figuring out how to not pass judgment on others for what makes them glad is dubious however so essential.

Seriously!
Guys I am going to be real here,as I know there are a number of us going about your lives truly #unfulfilled empty and #unhappy. There are many people who do not know where to start but you just know that you want a change ………………….fear and #stagnancy stop you ,#Procrastinationstops you.
I so understand it . That was me a few years ago. You see I heard someone use the phrase a #Caterpillar as two choices to fly or die.

How to become author and earn money through writing
Making money as a writer isn’t always the easiest of jobs, however, if done right it can be lucrative. Here are some ways you can make money by using your talent… writing:
1. Start a blog and post on it regularly, focusing on solving a specific set of problems or focused on a topic. Blogging creates potential to generate a decent income if you invest time and effort. With blogs, revenue is often produced from advertisement, affiliate marketing, and direct sales of a product. Thus with blogs there is real money making potential.
2. Write for magazines and newspapers (print and online), many companies hire on a contract basis.
3. By doing freelancing you can be your own boss, do the kind of work you want to, and make good money. Freelance writing of any type is a great way to earn a living while writing. There is a number of online sites for freelancers to bid on jobs.
4. Resume and cover letter writing is also a great source of income; in this job market many people need jobs. Anyone who job hunting will need up-to-date and catchy resume.
5. A good way to generate online income is to write and self-publish books. Once you work is written you have an opportunity to sell your product online.
Basically, making money through writing is quite difficult. Finding the right jobs is the most difficult part of making money writing.
Fortunately with modern technology and access to internet there are many ways for you to make an income through your passion, writing!
It will still take creativity and diligence getting the jobs, but it is definitely worth the effort to do what it is you are passionate about!

How to Self-Publish a Book
So you have written a manuscript. You have been diligent at making sure that it is complete, welledited, and proofread. Now what? Self-publishing takes a lot of ingenuity and determination, it is no easy task.
Once you have a good title find a cover designer you need to set out on the task of finding a distributer. Avoid any book publishing service that requires an up-front fee or an excessive cut of your book’s sale revenues.
The biggest and easiest to use ebook self-publishing platform is Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) program. All you have to do is upload your manuscript to KDP, it will appear for sale on Amazon.com.
There, readers can download it to their Kindles. KDP is free to use, and the publisher takes about 30% of revenue from the sales of the books. Barnes & Noble ( Nook Press), and Apple ( iTunes Connect) also offer options for self- publishing. You can also get your book selfpublished in print, CreateSpace (Amazon) has a great print-on-demand service that takes your content files (cover and interior) and only prints books that are ordered through Amazon. This way you will never have to worry about paying for inventory or running out of stock. CreateSpace charges a printing fee for each book, plus the cut taken by Amazon and the author keeps the rest.
If your goal is to sell more books, purchase a professionally designed cover to give your book a polished and professional appearance. This will help them stand out in jam-packed book marketplaces. Marketing is essential to getting sales, social media marketing is the best quality for the cheapest price. You don’t need to buy a ISBN right away, however, if you want to publish a print edition of your book, you’ll eventually have to get an ISBN assigned to the title. However, you don’t have to get an ISBN for ebooks published through Amazon, Apple iTunes, or Google Play. And, if you choose to use CreateSpace for publishing a print book, they will provide an ISBN for free. Basically, you just need to know, you got this. How to transform your life in 21 days??
A lot of people look into the past and wonder about what “could” have been or what “should” have been. What a lot of people don’t realize that it is never too late to follow your dreams, it is never too late to change your life and be exactly where you want to be. Habits practiced through repetition are approximately generated in 21 days, so here is how to transform your life in 21 days!! It is really so much easier to change your life then you might think.
The key is breaking down changes into portions—“Eat salad at least once a day” versus “eat healthy.” If you positively reinforce yourself each time you do something right it becomes easier and easier to do it.
Choose one thing that you want to do. Just one thing! It could be to go to the gym every day, to write 10 pages a day, to wear your hair in a different style every day; it could be anything.
By making this routine it will become a habit, it will become effortless. After you complete your first 21 days add a new challenge, incorporate it into your routine for 21 days straight.
During this time examine your life’s path and decide if where you are and what you’re doing aligns with your values.
Examine your passions, interests, and goals? These may make you want to consider changing your career path etc.
Relationships are also an important part of changing your life!
Strengthen the relationships you already have, and make time to spend with loved ones.
Don’t neglect loved ones and then sped time reconciling any turbulent important relationships. Analyze what you can do to make your relationship stronger, better, and healthier.
Also work on creating, meaningful relationships with others.
Toxic people can bring you down, don’t let toxic relations impact your life. With these steps you can change your life in no time at all. It takes a little effort in the beginning, but you can do it, and achieve your goals!

I faced my fears a few years ago and as a result my world change. Today my life is barely unrecognisable.
My journey has lead me into places I could never have envisaged in my wildest dreams,. Just last Friday I got to see my first act in a movie where I played the role of a barrister. What was profound is the fact that as a child all I ever wanted to be was a lawyer.
Just last month I was awarded as Motivational Role Model 2015. Words cannot explain how I felt. I am the little girl from Jamaica , who sold mangoes on the train. The girl with a recently failed marriage.
One that took her by surprise , yet here she is standing so tall even the ex must not be able to understand what has happened to her. But I can tell you what happened. ” I am Ava Brown” the girl made of steel and stone. The more I am pushed the more I will stand strong.
Today I am in alignment waiting for the man who was made to love , appreciate and honour me. He is coming and I am preparing myself for him.

Norma Gregory is a photojournalist, media producer and historian of the African Diaspora in Britain. She is best known for her pioneering work to erect the first blue heritage plaque for a person of colour in Nottingham. Her book, “Jamaicans in Nottingham,” is a unique collection of personal and reflective interviews and articles that present narratives of life in Nottingham, featuring individuals of Jamaican heritage who have contributed to the spirit and life of the city and its surrounding areas from the 1940s to the present day.

Reflective
Today I am reflective .
Reflective of my journey and the path it has taken. I have come to realise that every experience good or bad I have had , was all part of my destiny. There was a bigger plan that my short vision couldn’t see.
Please be encouraged regardless of what you are going through , that there is a purpose. Hang in there , if you change the energy and vibration internally the rest will fall into place.
