Instagram may let you add accounts, but it’s a pain to do it!
A few weeks back Instagram decided to make everyone with more than one account happy. They gave us the ability to add to the one we had so we could have them all together, nice and neat.
Problem is, they didn’t tell you how hard it was going to be.
I have a business that has multiple businesses within it. So I have multiple names and accounts across social media.
On Instagram, I have four accounts with fours sets of log in details.
On Twitter, I have three accounts with three sets of log in details.
And on Facebook, I have two accounts with two sets of log in details.
Do you see where I’m going?
The problem is, who are you logged in as on all of the social media outlets you want to add?
Here’s the problem I had.
On Facebook I have one log in details for three accounts. Jewel Divas, Jewel Divas Style and T.K. Wrathbone, all under the one set. Then, there’s Lady Jewels Diva under another.
Now my main Instagram account that I use most is Jewel Divas Style. So setting up Jewel Divas and T.K. Wrathbone’s Facebook pages on Instagram were easy. setting up Lady Jewels Diva’s was not.
Why?
Because of the logging in and out issue with Facebook.
What I spent hours trying to achieve would have been easier if they had written it in their help section.
When I was logged in to Facebook as Jewel Divas Style, I could easily set up the Instagram FB connects for JD and TKW in their account under JDS. ONLY if I was logged into FB. The problem was I couldn’t connect the account for Lady Jewels Diva, why, because I needed to log out of FB as JDS, login as LJD, and then add it in, all the while I was unlinking and connecting.
Ugh!
So, the simple fact is, if you have separate accounts with separate log ins for each account, then make sure you are logged in as that account on FB when you are connecting, and then log out, so you can connect another account in Instagram.
Simples?
Oi, what a hassle!

My underwear overhaul update!
To end off fashion week I’ll update you all on the underwear issue that started last year.
I talked about overhauling my underwear last year and sadly, due to mum being sick and me being exhausted and then over-shopping, I did not manage to get into a store to be fitted for bras and undies until this month when I had the time and I could afford it.
I now have three bras that fit and look good in black, beige and cream.
I did score my Bella Bodies slips last year that I wanted for wearing under my kaftans, plus smoothing shorts.
Of course they look better on the models than me so I won’t be showing you any pics of me wearing these pieces. Here they are below.
I wore a slip everyday under my kaftans as that’s the main reason I bought them.
As for socks, haven’t updated those yet but I’ll try and wear out my old ones first.
So, did you guys give yourself an underwear overhaul this year?

I’ve been ferociously adding to my wardrobe and we’re only two months into the year.
In fact, I never stopped from xmas with the culprit being Millers.
After last year’s wardrobe audit I vowed to only buy clothes I fell in love with, would look good on me and make me feel good. And also not buy any black. I’ve stuck to that. Although I did buy 68 pieces of clothing in 2015 but that was down from 96 in 2014. You can read about that clean out here. Last year it was all about kaftans at 30 pieces, 15 tops, 9 kimonos, 7 pants, 5 cardis/coats and 2 bikini tops.
Besides ebay for my kaftans and kimonos, Millers has a lot of splainin’ to do for making me addicted to their lightweight tops and summer pants which I can’t stop buying. All on sale of course!
I scored these tops and had to get them in three colours. All studded of course!
The blue top is a strange shade, when paired with blue it looks blue, when paired with an indigo violet it looks purple, so it matches these pink and purple pants well. The pants are also new.
I bought these next pants last year and the top this year when it came out. Always nice to have a matching set.
I’d had my eye on the blue studded tank since last year, but they sold out and I had to wait until this year to get them as I also got one in pink, below. They were also on sale! The kaftan top and hibiscus pants were on sale and are in my favourite colours.
Here’s the pink top, with two pairs of pink pants. All are new, all were on sale.
Gotta love a bargain and thanks to Millers my wardrobe has been replenished non-stop since last year.
What bargains have you guys gotten recently, and do you find yourself sticking to the same colours like I do?

After kaftans you gotta have a kimono collection…right?
Kaftans weren’t the only things I was buying on mass last year. Kimonos were coming thick and fast and I scored a pretty big one over xmas.
The gorgeous eagle design from the Spell and Gypsy Collective.
I also finally got this multi coloured one from Karmah Embellished Kaftans and Accessories through their shop on Facebook.
I’ve only got a couple of kimonos left on my list to get, a couple of pink ones and two Camilla capes.
Have you guys gotten the kimono bug in the last year?

Since we’re talking Kaftans, I added to my collection over summer!
We’ve already established that it is okay to have a month’s worth of kaftans so here’s a closer look at the ones I bought before, during and after xmas.
I got this one off the Boohoo store on eBay. They had several colours but this one suited me best. It’s top length with batwing sleeves so I’ll have to be careful when dealing with food as I don’t want to dip them in anything.
This kaftan top came from Kmart and was only $12. Yep, $12. Being shades of blue and green it will go with so much in my wardrobe. Just gotta get around to wearing it again instead of just at home!
At the beginning of 2015 I had a goal of buying my first Camilla kaftan and I succeeded in buying my only Camilla to date. The gorgeous Awakened Utopia drawstring dress. I’ll be tracking down the short batwing kaftan in the same print this year and hopefully the other designs I’m after.
Over the xmas holidays I found an online store selling kaftans and fell in love with many of them. Waiting for the sales I got this next one for $129.
And I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this hibiscus one. So me! All three next ones were dramatically reduced on sale.
Emerald Stone came next…
And this awesome Forever Dreaming kaftan.
Gotta love a good kaftan!
How has your kaftan collection come along over summer?
February 21, 2016
Welcome to Fashion Week where we’re showing 31 Days of Kaftans and so much more!
If you were following me on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook in December you would have seen me wear a kaftan everyday of the month. So I’m wondering…
And of course I left my absolute favourite until New Year’s Eve!
So I think the answer to that is a definite YES!

Today we talk the Scholl Velvet Smooth Electronic Nail Care System.
I had been eyeing this kit off for a while, after seeing the roller for dead skin, and thought, you know, I’m having issues with my nails because of flat feet so let’s give it a go.
I don’t know about you guys, but due to having flat feet my feet roll and so my little toes do a lot of rubbing against the sides of my shoes. So over the years they’ve hardened and are always thick with dead skin.
Hence I bought the Scholl nail file.
And I’m disappointed in it.
Like many others I believe what I’m told in adverts. I believe in giving a product a try and seeing if it works.
Well, this one doesn’t. At least not to the extent in the add. I do use it for my little toes mainly, smoothing and buffing them down, but as for filing down the rest of my nails…nope, not happening!
Maybe my nails are just too thick for it. Maybe they’re just too tough for it. Maybe it’s just not what it’s cracked up to be!
Either way, I’ll keep using it for my little toes, which is what I mainly bought it for, and keep using my normal file for the rest of my nails.
Have you guys tried the Scholl nail file and what do you think of it?

Ever heard of the Aussie brand, Django & Juliette? I’ve just bought a bundle of their shoes…
Last year I was lusting after these pewter booties.
And after keeping an eye on them on Style Tread, I bit the bullet this year and bought a pair from another store that Django & Juliette sell through, called Cinori. They also have free shipping and free returns, so if they don’t fit or don’t suit, you can send them back for a refund or exchange.
Awesome!
I’ve done that quite a few times already and it’s only Feb!
The first two pairs I bought were the Bacio pewter bootie above and the Igloo sandals in Blue/green and watercolour pink.
The second lot of shoes were the Igloo sandals in Camel/red, multi coloured Saffy with their crystal heels, and silver Sages. Sages had to go back as they were uncomfortable across the toes.
I have bought Bacello and Editor since but they had to go back as they weren’t suitable for my feet, sadly. Editors have amazing heels!
I’ve worn the Igloo blue and they’re quite comfy for a few hours, but a whole day does not work on my feet. They were quite sore after six hours and needed to come off.
All shoes come in there own separate bags to keep them clean and neat and tidy.
Now all I have to do is find space for them, which means a clean out of my shoerobe and on-selling them in The Style Store through out the year.
Have you guys heard of Django & Juliette? Ever bought or worn a pair? What’d you think?
