Even though I went to theDoctorand got prescriptions for antibioticsand prednisone,I relapsed with the flu over the weekend.I was so out of it that I wasn't able to think about what I would write when I did have a chance.I thought about writing how I am beginning to hate theNFL because the same team,the dreadedNew England Patriots,seem to be in theSuperbowlyear after year.At least theLos Angeles Rams made it this year.Then, I thought about writing a positive take on all the doomsayers predicting the end of civilization as we know it.It's not a cometor an asteroid coming to destroy theEarth.It's not evenTerroristsorNorth Koreausing atomic weapons to disrupt our societies across the globe.The new destroyer of our way of life?It's Technology. Did anyone see the60 Minutesepisode twoSundaysago when a scientist fromChina,trained in theUnited States,said that forty percent of the workforce will be unemployed within twenty years?A little ambitious in his predictions if you ask me.But technology is on its way. Santa Claus Is For Real

This is the true story behindSanta Claus.FromDecember 24th 2018myPostcalledSanta Is Real*****Help me! I’m trapped. I was searching the plausibility that Saint Nicholas is for real. I was in my study, typing away at my computer, when a tactical team of Green Barrette looking Elves busted down my front door and through all of my windows. I would have laughed at the sight of them, because they looked so cute, but I was scared. One of the elves, after arriving with a toy gun, proved to me it was lethal by shooting up my sofa. I had no choice, I did what I was told. Luckily for me the Elves were not very good at frisking because they are so short and they missed my cell phone in the top pocket of my coat. Now if you are reading my Blog and wondering why I don’t call for help, I have. No one will listen. They are all under the influence of Saint Nick's spell. I’m telling you and you better listen. Santa Claus is real, and he delivers all the Christmas presents to the children all over the world in a single night! He is an inter-dimensional being. There are no toy factories on Earth. His Elves make all the toys you see. When adults think they are shopping for their children, they are actually under a hypnotic force where the Elves are investigating who has been good and who has been naughty. Then the Elves plant a memory into all the grownups, making them believe they did all the shopping. To pay for all these toys, the Elves also get the adults to give them their credit cards and then the little tykes maxes those babies out! They brainwash everyone into thinking that they spent the money! It’s a trillion dollar business Santa has going. Wait? Somebody is coming. Please help me. Call the police! Now!

Thinking Of An Old Friend

It's funny how history repeats itself sometimes.
Again I was reminded of one of my best friends from the past,
just by hearing a song.
The original story is from
November 25th, 2016
and is a tribute to my friend
Brian.
It's called
Brian Kroske,who was one of myCloset Friends,and one of the bestAdventurersaLost SeekerofDestiny,like myself,could possibly have had as an associate.When I was in the rock bandPolitixs,during the early 1980s,we were in need of a drummer when the original member quit all of a sudden.The other band members knew Brianand asked if he was available.That brought us together to go on one rampage after another.One true story I am willing to tell you is one special night we went to a bar together.The place was crowded.WomenandMenin equal numbers.We ended up in the back of the place,since it was so crowded,and tried to talk to as manyWomenthat would listen to us. We had few beersand were about to leave the place when a fight broke out in front of the bar.By the only exit.Brian & Icould see a chain-reaction happening.TheFight Spilledover onto other patrons.We knew we had to get out of there before thePolicewould arrive.I am six feet tall,and weighed in at 2 hundred pounds at the time.Brian was five foot ten inches,weighing in at 2 hundred 30 pounds.I got behind him watching our rear for any sneak attacks,as he punched his way through the bar for the front door.I never landed one punch that night,nor was I hit by anyone.Briandid all the work. WithPolice Sirens Blaring,Us Punching Our Way Out,all of a sudden on theJunk Boxas loud as possible could be,the song

came on.It was
Surreal.
I used theSuicide Squadversion of the song because my memories of Brian always reminds me of theKiller Croccharacter.And with all theExploitswe shared together, sometimes violent,sometimes not,our life back then could be considered as a mildSuicide Squad Adventure!
Other stories of us together cannot be told at this time,until I talk to aLawyerabout theStatue Of Limitationson some of the things we did.

I though I would bring back at least one of my stories that I wrote about this

I have been thinking about what a friend of mine said,
who wrote to me in an email,
and what one annotator said,
who wrote under the disguise of
Anonymously
on this
Blog.Both are on the opposite side of the scale,
as far as their
Political Leanings
are concerned.
But both criticized me.My friend criticized me for being too
Left-Wing,
and that I was angry with the
World
for some reason.
Why couldn't I let things be as they are
and write about,
"The birds and the bees and the flowers and the trees?"Anonymous wrote,
"Are you now a communist sympathizer, or friends of ISIS. Unfortunate things happen, there were reasons why Richard Jewel was accused, he perpetuated the situation. The Government sucks and it's all the republicans fault, the liberals are great."First,

I Went To See My Doctor

I went to see my Doctor the other dayand when I saw her I said,"Hey Doc, I accidentally swallowed a whole bottle of sleeping pills!"She told me to have a few drinksand get some rest.

 Did you hear about the newest"High Tech"in the delivery rooms?It' cordless!

I found out the difference between an oral thermometerand a rectal thermometer while I was there.The taste.

Isn't it a little bit unnerving that doctors call what they do,a practice!

At least I know I drive too fast to worry about cholesterol.I started complaining about this pain I was having to my doctor,and she said,"We've ran every test we could think of and the results show you're out of money."

What I would like to know is,"What do you call a doctor who finishes last in his medical school class?"A Doctor.
