American Monsters Part 2 is out!

American Monsters part 2 is the sixth volume in the annually published coffee table book series Fox Sprit Books of Monsters, that I edit, with dark fiction and art about monsters from around the world. The book series is like a grand world tour, showing the readers how many wonderful monsters and beasties we have around the world....

Still looking for Eurasian Monsters authors

[image error] I am such a happy editor. I have so many good names now on my contributor list for Eurasian Monsters, coming from Fox Spirit Books in 2020. But I’m still searching for fiction authors who can write a dark tale, from or with a strong connection to Georgia, Belarus, Mongolia, or Uzbekistan (only these countries at the moment).

[image error]I have started researching for the seventh and last monster volume, Eurasian Monsters, out from Fox Spirit Books November 2020, and I need your help.

Eurasian Monsters will explore the old myths and monsters in the vast region stretching from China to Eastern Europe, including the Caucasus, Central Asia, the Balkan, and the countries of the former Soviet Union.

It was published in the lovely In-flight Literary Magazine in July 2015. Sadly it looks like this online magazine doesn’t exist online anymore. Hugo Awards eligibility

[image error]Just mentioning, for those interested: I am eligible for the Hugo Awards, the category Best Editor Short Form. I have been editor for six anthologies now, all devoted to science fiction, fantasy, horror. And the anthology American Monsters Part 1 was published in 2018 by Fox Spirit Books.
