The Timeless King
As time brings us closer to where we are supposed to be, rest seems to wait for us to
make our abode under its wings.
The timeless King, is there beyond the places that we cannot imagine.
His mystery beckons to the curious child within.
The phenomenon about him that we experience, cannot be defined.
We move beyond the clouds, peering among the edges, to see if the timeless King is really there.
To my surprise, the view before me does not disappoint the sacred eye.
I draw closer leaving behind the clouds, stepping into a space that carries me nearer still to the timeless King.
My breath is taken away, but I grab it, not letting it get away from me completely.
The timeless King...awaits....
In His kingdom, all things are made new.
All tears are dried up by the handkerchief of grace.
All pain is consoled by the loving comfort of his glory.
All brokenness is made whole, strengthened by his Spirit.
All hurt and injury are healed.
All sadness is turned to gladness.
All discouragement is erased with the grace of encouragement.
The soul is restored to the beauty that it once was....
The timeless King awaits....

Let Things Be As It Was Purposed
On the journey of this life you encounter
moments that are special.
The moments are not something you created,
but they are times that happen to demand
some kind of attention.
I find that when you let it happen, it
becomes a moment the Lord can use for good.
This is when I know that the Lord was bringing
me to a place that bring him glory.
When you let Him work in that moment, you allow
Him to use that moment for grace and blessings
to flow.
A moment today we encountered a young man who was in need of a charitable hand. As he received blessings from us, the Lord touched us to encourage him also. He felt gratitude and helped us with loading the groceries in the suv. We administered to him in
encouragement and allow the Lord to use us. In
turn he was encouraged to know that God loves
him and there are people that care.
Another moment today, my sister was treating to some blessings & at first I was hesitant, but I knew that I should let her be kind. So I liked the pampering and the little gifts. She is returning kindness for kindness and it is good to let people be kind to you.
Thank you, Lord for another good day on my Lenten
Journey.

Lenten Journey
We are getting on into the year and Winter is behind us.
There is that time when we make a conscience effort to enter into a new perspective or evaluate current ones.
Our faith in the Lord leads the way.
Our faith in the Lord gives us answers.
We follow our faith to the next step.
We wonder about the thing that is beyond us,
but cannot make sense of it all.
We slow down and just look at our own selves.
Where are am I going?
Where is life taking me?
And why?
Answers do come through in the midst of:
Praying
Fasting
Almsgiving.
Afterwards, we find the true meaning of life and realize that it is not as complicating as it may seem.

Merry Christmas
A Savior is born, let us rejoice and adore.
O' Tis the day we celebrate.
Something special we celebrate.
Our humanity is touched by wonder.
Our humanity is touched by awe.
A Star so bright, the night sky glimmers.
A Star so bright, it captivates our senses.
A Star so bright, it draws us into curiosity.
'All the Angels we have heard on high,
are sweetly singing o'er the plains,'
sings the song.
'Glooooo-ria', echos in the background, calling us to sing along with joy.
Our Father in Heaven makes His surprise known to us.
A special gift he gives us.
A special gift we accept with love.
Sacred manger lays a beautiful baby boy, Mary and Joseph, partake in this new life filled with divine purpose, that was spoken so long ago.
Prophets of old were made known about him,
Emmanuel, Wonder-Counselor.
This message was given to the people of God,
to bring us hope in a desolate earthly life,
no honor.
Today we celebrate the birth of Our Savior King, Jesus Christ.
An eternal celebration that brings remembrance of the eternal hope that Our Father in Heaven gave us to know.
May your Merry Christmas, bring you blessings full of hope, faith, love, joy, and peace!
Merry Christmas!!!

Liberty
Liberty
Can you really free me?
Can you really give me freedom?
At the dawn of time,
At the dawn of existence,
I was born free.
Yet liberty wants to free me.
Yet liberty wants to give me
something I already have.
Is there a falsehood that I miss?
Is there a meaning or wisdom that I miss?
Only wisdom I know is that,
I was born free.
This gift is mine and,
I don ' t remember giving it away.

Second Sunday of Easter: Divine Mercy of the Lord
In the Jubilee Year of Mercy
Easter Sunday awakened us to a New joy.
The Joy of the Resurrection of Our Lord
Jesus Christ.
Mercy is given to us in a new way.
Mercy becomes part of our relationship
with Our Lord.
Mercy is the eternal life that God beckons us
to.
A soul's call, Faustina-Maria, gives a new light
into God's Mercy through Jesus Christ.
Her humility inward and outward, not for man's
glory, but for God's work Glory.
She exemplified her love in her devotion to this
beautiful message of Mercy, which, is actually
an attribute of God.
St. Faustina, Pray for us.
It only makes sense that Divine Mercy is celebrated
during the season of Easter.
Divine Mercy, is God's love for us.

A Lent To Remember
A reflection to contemplate
Walked into the desert with my little
life preserver filled with struggles, pain,
distractions, and brokenness uncertainty.
Did not realize the burden I was carrying.
Did not realize the fog I was in.
Did not realize the raw emotions, that
cocooned my pain.
Unbeknownst to me a surprise Visitor was waiting for me.
When I looked up and saw Him,
He held out His hand to me, as if saying
'come, please let me guide you.
Please trust me'.
The more I walked forward, the clearer to me
this Visitor's image became.
I recognized Him.
He was my heart's desire.
I felt relieved and dropped my life preserver.
I did not need it anymore.
Faith and hope was looking at me in the face.
What else do I need?
My sweet Visitor, is here with me in the desert.
He knows my name and as Isaiah echoed so long ago,
"I have called you with an everlasting love.
I have called you and you are mine."
Sweet songs of yesteryear seems to bring a reckoning to my heart.
So I walked hand in hand with my Visitor King.
Now He is not a Visitor anymore.
Savior is His real name.
So clear is my vision now.
A knowing flowed through my mind and heart.
He really died for me.
He really died for my redemption.
He really died so that I may live.
He really died so that I may know His love for
me.
He really died so that I may experience Him eternally.
He really died so that I may experience Him
in Holy Communion, Eucharist.
No greater love like this is so perfect.
No greater love like this is so pure.
I can never understand this, but maybe it was not made for my understanding.
It was made for me to embrace, believe, and
accept.
No life preserver filled with stuff of yesterday
to carry.
I left it all behind.
New adventure awaits me.
I have a new life preserver now and His name is Christ.
God bless you this Lent!

Love's Smile
A light shines on my face.
It's warmth touches my cheeks.
As the corners of my lips lift slightly,
my heart catches up with the emotion
that is stirred up in my soul.
There is a song that sings silently,
a soft sound that only I can hear.
Love's smile is my secret hiding place,
that belongs to me.
A gift from above, I can only cherish.
A gift from above, I can only wish for.
Special things come bearing graces in the
wake of faith.
Special things come bearing hope in the
darkest days.
Love's smile is my secret hiding place,
that belongs to me.

Truth
What does it mean?
It suggests that there is a Source
to refer to.
It suggests that all things should have
an origin.
It suggests that we are here to find the
answer.
The answer is the Truth.
There is a one who knows the way.
There is a one who knows the answers.
There is a one who call us to come forward.
Life, riddled with questions.
Like children we are inquisitive.
Our intellect, yet still young, seeks the answers that only the Source can reveal.
Our search for truth leads to more questions.
Our search for the answers lead to an
interesting adventure.
The meaning of Truth only the Source
and the Shepherd can know.
Together they make knowledge a gift.
Blessings to you!
