In His Eyes
In His Eyes
I see myself anew.
I see myself loved.
I see myself cherished.
Blue pools that are invigorating.
Blue pools that strengthen me.
Blue pools I see in my dreams.
Blue pools of sincere compassion that
envelope my being, when I jump in.
I am in a new place now.
Peaceful and quiet sounds captivate my
senses.
Nature's song, sings in tandem to the notes of time.
Each beat is in-sync with the rhythm of life.
Our human steps only make a noise that distracts Nature's song.
Yet when we are still, the invitation beckons us to come forward to join in the music of life.
This is true living.
Living begins when we put ourselves down only to be taken up by Grace.
This journey of the golden road is essential to our humanity.
Blue pools look back at me.
Only leaving me alone with an aching want of wisdom's song.
How you keep me guessing.
Only enough to suffer my conscience and well being.
You return to me with the answers that I need to hear.
Grace made perfect, within the will of the Source.
I can only ask with the voice of my heart.
You can only answer with the voice of yours.
In His Eyes, I am made perfect.
Blessings!

Happy Labor Day!
May this day we rest from labor.
May this day we enjoy with loved ones.
May this day we wind down with family in loving splendor.
As we labor to move forward, we
take time to be still.
We take time to be present.
We take time to ponder God's will
in Spirit.
An awareness takes new root.
A new knowing comes into our
being.
A new sight opens us up.
O' rest my dear, find rest
for yourselves.
O' rest my dear, in freedom
rest.
O' rest my dear, to unburden.
On Labor Day we celebrate rest.
In conclusion, we thank the Lord
for His blessings on our lives.
We thank the Lord for His protection.
We thank the Lord for His guidance.
We thank the Lord for this Great
relationship.
We thank Him for our families.

Being Pro-Life...
The awesomeness of life is
captivating and we want to protect
it.
This is inspired from hearing my
pastors' homilies over the
past few weekends.
The way the Lord speaks to us in
scripture is meant to awaken us
in some way.
The Lord helped me to
sum this up.
The beauty within us connects
to the beauty around us, when we
are surrounded by natures' beauty magnified.
Goodness exists in moving forward,
so much so, that going backwards
is foreign. Sometimes it is
against our nature.
It is a gift given by our Creator to
extend ourselves in a way to subdue
the Earth, in a way to multiply
ourselves, and in a way that our
purpose is fulfilled in our Creator,
because this gift was honored with
respect and awe. HE gave us the
order of life.
Recognizing that we were created out
of goodness and beauty and love, therefore, our purpose is fulfilled
when we move toward that very essence
of which we were made of.
Respect the Unborn child, always,
because the child is a reflection
of us. A reflection of Humanity.
We were all at one time an unborn
child. A reflection of an eternal
light. A soul.
Respect life, because we are living beings. Life should not be reduced
to a choice (it is disrespectful).
Our Creator who is life, gifted us
to continue the work in legacy as
part of our being.
Anything contrary devalues that gift.
A woman, always honor your gift to
give life in the sacred womb, this
the Lord created in all women to
birth human life according to His
Holy will. This beautiful gift
gives you pure beauty when it is
honored.
It is good to honor life as some-
thing of value, because it helps
us to recognize our own value.
Life is a light that is vibrant, can
not be dimmed, because it is
eternal and pure.
Children of God are often called
Children of Light. The light of the
Lord is aflame within us.
Indwelling Spirit sanctifies us.
Indwelling Spirit gives pure life
to the soul.
Indwelling Spirit lights the love
within.
As a peoples, we are life, living
among the living. This awareness,
brings responsibility and grace.
This awareness brings respect and
honor.
This awareness brings a sense of preserving and protecting.
This awareness, brings our purpose
and importance in this world
community.
This awareness, we
know is beyond ourselves and
greater than us, and we are
part of this greatness,
collectively it brings us
together to maintain its
integrity.
Teaching the young the beauty
of life is our purpose and
responsibility as a community.
For, we learn in order to teach.
We grow in order to evolve. We
gain knowledge in order to hand
it out and hand it down.
As we pass through and on, every
step we take, every moment we
have, every space we take up,
is a purpose made for us to make
a choice towards life, beauty,
and love.
What moves us towards life?
In one way or another, we have
done some of these through our experiences.
*Loving God, through Jesus Christ our
Lord and Savior. HE is love (the author
of it). If we do not know Him, then,
it is good open up to know Him.
(it is not as bad as we think)
*Love unconditionally.
*Remember that God's peace covers all understanding, through Christ.
*Recognizing pure beauty in us and
around us.
*Awareness of the life around us.
*Being thankful and grateful and
sharing it with others.
*A gentle smile towards a saddened person.
*A gentle smile edifies.
*A gentle handshake that says
'Thank you'.
*Edifying one another to goodness.
*Develop a Spiritual Life in the
Lord and cultivate a relationship
with Him.
*Respect your soul, and take good
care of it.
*Connecting to God's goodness.
*Sending 'Thank you' or 'Birthday'
or 'Writing a nice note' or 'Holiday'
cards to one another. (when it is possible).
*Gift-giving (size doesn't matter,
it is the gesture).
*Get to know yourself to accept
yourself, because you deserve
to give yourself a chance (even
when other people won't). Most importantly, love yourself unconditionally.
*Do not do things that hurt you,
because you are important.
*Love nature and drink in
its awesome beauty.
*If you are going through difficulty, reach up to God. He will send help
in your moment of need, because you
are HIS child. He loves you BIG.
*Respect another soul.
*Respect all human life, for the
Lord created us out of HIS love and goodness ('...out of His own image
.')G1.
*Accept Christ as your Lord and
Savior. HE loves you!
*A joy received from the Lord, is
shared, to plant the seed of joy in someone else.
*Loving gaze of thank you and grace is a consolation.
*A gentle pat soothes and consoles
one towards the goodness of life.
*Give a gentle kiss on the cheek.
*Be kind to children and protect
them. They are under our charge.
*Be merciful towards children, when
the moment arises.
*Feeding the hungry souls, with the
Word of Life.
*Feeding the hungry in temporal
things, with the bounty from our
table.
*A visitation to the sick, as time permits.
*A visitation to the incarcerated,
as time permits.
*Console those who mourn.
*Praying from the goodness in our
hearts.
*Praying from good intentions.
*Praying God's will for ourselves
and others.
*Singing songs of praise and worship
to the Lord.
*Letting the Lord inspire us from His Spirit and Word.
*Help the orphan and the widow.
*Praying for others as well as
ourselves.
*Having good thoughts towards others
and ourselves.
*Refrain from judging others too
quickly, but offering good gestures
and moments to know that individual.
*Sharing the Lord's Passion and compassion towards others.
*Sharing the Lord's mercy and grace towards others and ourselves.
*Love and accept ourselves the way
our Creator Lord does. It preserves
the wholeness of our being.
*To learn to accept others and not reject. Embrace and not push away.
*Applaud those that have come from
a suffering. We all suffer from
different situations.
*Be a good listener. Offer a kind
word or a hug.
*It is good to hug each other,
shows we care genuinely. (If you
hug trees, that is awesome. It means,
the life force of that tree touched
the life force within you and you responded with a hug).
*Loving your pets. They sense the goodness within you and they
respond in a good way.
*Become a people of mercy and understanding.
*When you are going through some-
thing, be kind to yourself. Forgive yourself make corrections as needed.
We are not perfect, but
we can grow each day towards the
goodness of life.
*Practice the Golden Rule.
*When you fall down, get back up,
and try try again. Persevere towards
the goodness set before you. Know
that you are special and you have purpose.
*Always love your family, unconditionally. The Lord will help,
when it is difficult.
*When God created you, HE said it
was good. Believe that. Accept who
you are and correct any wrongs.
*Let's help one another, when we can.
Our moments come and go. These moments are filled with purpose for us to reach towards life.
These above came from personal experiences from my own life that the Lord has brought me to and through. The power of His wisdom was the foundation that directed me towards life. There were different situations and times in my own life. When I practiced them, the goodness of life within myself, always seems to grow more. Even, in difficulty, when you practice these towards life, something good happens within you. It just means that we are not our situation or we were made for more. Be not Afraid! (as Pope John Paul would say) 'You are courageous'
(as Pope Francis said to the young mother)
God bless you!

The Lord Our Shepherd
From a heart of appreciation!
You watch over us and lead us to your
meadow.
You protect us and give us your ways
to follow faithfully.
You love us unconditionally with such
compassion, we can only stand in awe
of You.
You are our Lord and justice.
You sent us the Holy Spirit, Paraclete, to
teach us all things in Truth, so we may
not be confused and lost.
You ensure the Holy Spirit to gift us with
the 7 gifts: wisdom, understanding,
piety, awe, fortitude, knowledge, and
counsel.
You let us rest our heads on your shoulder.
You console our unhappy hearts and renew our joy again.
You feed us with Heavenly food and our bellies are full rejoicing.
You feed us with Heavenly food and our soul is renewed and
strengthened in joy.
You gave us the Holy Eucharist, an
eternal Heavenly food, to strengthen
our faith through the Holy Spirit.
Your faithfulness, Lord, is incomparable to none.
Your constant gaze, we know, is a gaze of warmth at those that are devoted to you.
Your lofty gaze melts my proud resolve to humility.
Your gaze from the throne of grace, is met with warmth and love.
You, oh Lord, are our justice and peace.
You, Lord, teach us the truth and tell that '...the truth will set you free.'
We hear You, because your Truth is
honest.
We trust You, because Your faithfulness
touches our simple hearts.
We honor You, Lord, our beloved Savior and our Shepherd.
You watch over us and lead us to your

Happy Independence Day, 4th of July!
In thanksgiving we celebrate this special day.
This day we let freedom ring.
We remember our past & prices
paid for all peoples to be free.
We remember that it is in freedom
that we can love our fellow man.
We remember that it is in freedom
that we can bring goodness & hope
to one another.
Our Lord, helped to make the miracle
of freedom for all, to mark our lives.
Our Lord, was key in giving us the
graces so long ago, so we can be free.
Our Lord, shed His Precious Blood for
our freedom.
Just as men and women have shed their
blood, for our freedom.
As we celebrate this day, let us
come to know that freedom is not
honored, when words tear down & not
built up.
As we celebrate this day, let us honor
& give thanks for our freedom.
Independence Day is for all peoples who
made it possible for the wonderful
USA, our America, to enjoy the good
freedom Our Lord intended for us.
May God bless America from sea to
shining sea.
May God bless America in guiding it
well to True freedom.
May God bless America, the land He gave
us to love.

Happy Fathers Day to My Heavenly Father
A tribute in Honor of the Sacred
Heart of Jesus for the month of
June
Thank Jesus for introducing us
to our Heavenly Father.
You taught us the first
prayer, 'Our Father who art in
Heaven, hallowed be thy name...'
You taught us how Our Father
loves us unconditionally.
He sent You to redeem us
and save us.
You taught us how to stay faithful
to Our Heavenly Father.
Heavenly Father
YOU are the father of all fathers.
YOU gave the gift of fatherhood as a
gift to cherish among men.
YOUR love rings forth in the beautiful
Psalms 136...'God's love
endures forever'.
YOUR image is made perfect when we
look at YOUR beloved Son, Our Lord
Jesus.
We your children are joyous to call YOU
Our Father.

Solemnity of Corpus Christi
Feast of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ
We celebrate in remembrance of our
beloved Lord sacrificing His Body &
Blood, for the Salvation of mankind.
He didn't stop there. The fullness
of Himself He gave for love of us,
for communion, for adoration, for
prayer, and for nourishing of our souls.
'Jesus said to them, "I am
the bread of life; whoever comes
to me will never hunger, and whoever
believes in me will never thirst."
J6:35-36
Eucharistic presence brings us together
in harmony and love.
Eucharistic presence, new manna that
came down from heaven.
Eucharistic presence, Emmanuel, God
with us.
Eucharistic presence, Body and Blood of
Christ our beloved Lord.
Eucharistic presence, consecrated for
the heavenly meal.
Eucharistic presence, where Heaven and
Earth come together.
Eucharistic presence, takes the form of
bread & wine.
Eucharistic presence, healing and
cleansing our being to serve in Truth.
Eucharistic presence, sanctifying our
relationship with the Holy Trinity.
Eucharistic presence, giving strength
and courage to spread the Good News.
"Blessed is the one who will dine
in the Kingdom of God."

'Peace Be With You'
Celebrating the month of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, our beloved.
Peace be with you.
A wonderful and calming phrase.
Our Lord often said this phrase
during His ministry, while He was
on Earth.
When spoken, it brings forth a
change into the atmosphere.
If there was chaos, then it
brought forth a sense of calmness.
If there was a bad situation, then
it brought forth a sense harmony.
If there was sadness, then it brought forth joy.
In the quiet, the Lord, tends to
His work. His presence takes over
so the good work can take place.
Peace of mind, quiets our thoughts.
We are able to make better decisions.
We are able to allow the Lord to
speak wisdom & truth into our mind.
Our mind is precious, let us always
keep it in healthy peace.
Peace of heart, quiets our emotions.
Feelings are calmed.
It allows for stillness to set in.
It's a cleansing, that takes away the
negative & irrational.
Spirit flourishes in the abode of a
peaceful heart.
Our heart is life, let us build a
foundation of peace for to grow.
Peaceful surroundings allows for rest.
Peaceful surroundings allows for our unwinding.
Peaceful surroundings allows for a time of recollection.
In peace, prayer time is more fruitful.
The Holy Spirit guides us to peace
& calm to quiet the sounds of
life that tends to surround us.
Recall, Psalm 23, this prayer
echoes the Shepherd's call to lead
us to a safe place
Every now & then it is good to set aside quiet time.
Quiet time, slows down the fast pace day to day that clings to us.
Quiet time, allows one to just rest
for a moment to calm the rushing
energy.
Quiet time, allows us to reflect &
recollect our day.
Our Lord, always retreated to the
desert or quiet place away from
the noise.
Something for us to follow.
Peace be with you!
Peace be with you.
A wonderful and calming phrase.
Our Lord often said this phrase
during His ministry, while He was
on Earth.
When spoken, it brings forth a
change into the atmosphere.
If there was chaos, then it
brought forth a sense of calmness.
If there was a bad situation, then
it brought forth a sense harmony.
If there was sadness, then it brought forth joy.
In the quiet, the Lord, tends to
His work. His presence takes over
so the good work can take place.
Peace of mind, quiets our thoughts.
We are able to make better decisions.
We are able to allow the Lord to
speak wisdom & truth into our mind.
Our mind is precious, let us always
keep it in healthy peace.
Peace of heart, quiets our emotions.
Feelings are calmed.
It allows for stillness to set in.
It's a cleansing, that takes away the
negative & irrational.
Spirit flourishes in the abode of a
peaceful heart.
Our heart is life, let us build a
foundation of peace for to grow.
Peaceful surroundings allows for rest.
Peaceful surroundings allows for our unwinding.
Peaceful surroundings allows for a time of recollection.
In peace, prayer time is more fruitful.
The Holy Spirit guides us to peace
& calm to quiet the sounds of
life that tends to surround us.

Divine Life
Divine Life
Sweet molasses of heavenly bliss.
Angelic hosts saying, "He is not
here", to a troubled Magdalana.
Jesus appears to disciples in
the upper room with greeting in
tow, "Peace be with you".
The breath of 'Ruah' awakens them
from their distraught slumber.
This new life takes you on sweet adventure.
Jesus meets companions on road to
Emmaus.
He listens to their story.
Later on finding a place
to settle down, their new friend
is invited to supper.
Unbeknownst to the two disciples,
at the breaking of the bread,
their eyes are opened to Divine
Life.
When they see that their new
friend is Jesus,
He disappears.
What a sacred moment to cherish.
Yes, there maybe bumps on the
road or stumbles here & there,
I don't know, somehow things seem
to bounce back into place after we encounter our Beloved.
After ensuring our faith and
consoling our hearts,
Our Lord Jesus Ascends to Heaven
leaving us behind to wait for the Promised Gift.
That is the beautiful & true character
of our Jesus. So in service to my
beloved, I thank thee immensely.
Pentecost! Pentecost!

Blessings of Easter Season...still continues..
The Lord said, "Let the children come to me..." and we adults set aside our 'plans' to oblige our beloved Lord during the celebration of the Resurrection.
You see each year during Easter Season, the children of the Lord, continue their Sacrament of Christian Initiation: Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist... (church takes into account each child's journey in the faith)...
Sacrament of the Eucharist-this is where their eternal relationship with Jesus starts to grow (they receive body & blood of Christ for the 1st time)...they learn that Jesus loves them and will always be with them no matter what and they too can reach out to Jesus and He will answer them...they also learn humility and forgiveness...in the course of their life, they may forget Jesus, but Jesus never forgets them...and calls them back(I know from personal experience)...
Some children will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation-they are confirmed in the Holy Spirit of the Lord...the Holy Spirit will guide them throughout their life in the way of the Lord in all they do...the Holy Spirit will teach them about the Lord and all things.
The sacraments help the children grow in the gift of faith and gift of prayer... two important elements in following, worshiping, and honoring our Lord.
And so we let our Lord bless His little children...(Jesus anoints them)so it is up to us in the Lord's community and parents to ensure that the children maintain this beautiful new relationship with Jesus in the sacramental life...for such a time as this...
Blessings of Easter Season, Octave of Easter!!! :-)
