TBWCYL, Inc. spokesperson Ben Tanzer shamelessly rips off Blake Butler in an effort to hype Most Likely You Go Your Way and I'll Go Mine.

We think the title says it all, and it's true we have ripped-off, or if you prefer, paid tribute to Blake Butler in an effort to hype the one-year anniversary of Most Likely You Go Your Way and I'll Go Mine and the quite awesome $10 sale going at the Orange Alert Press. So, please enjoy, rinse and repeat.

This Self-Portrait Will Change Your Life, Week Thirty-Three - "Brother."

It is Week Thirty-Three of This Self-Portrait Will Change Your Life, our fully self-absorbed effort to post one self-portrait per week for one year. This week the brother came to town. Beer was drunk. Hamburgers were consumed. And bondage ensued. Er, bonding. And now for some housekeeping. First, if you want to track this project in its entirety you may do so at the Flickr. And second, if you would like to see your very own self-portrait posted right here on the blog just send one to TBWCYL, Inc

The Complete Collection of People, Places & Things by John Dermot Woods.

Not unlike our recent post regarding the fine year Keyhole Press is having, we have to start today's post by giving a big shout-out to BlazeVOX [books:] who not only published There's Something Wrong With Sven by the Greg Gerke earlier this year, but have now added the quite singular The Complete Collection of People, Places & Things by John Dermot Woods, a book both weird and absorbing. The new edition of This Zine Will Change Your Life is live and live only. Or something like that, so please see the below link. We have a new poem it's life and life only - series no. 1 by Regina Green, which we are way excited about, and, as always, photo action from Adam Lawrence, a music selection from Jason Behrends and quasi-working summer vacation prose love from Pete Anderson. We hope you enjoy this edition and we appreciate all shout-outs and links. Finally, please note, that we thi

Fictionaut.

Okay, so while we're not entirely sure that we know exactly what's going on over at the Fictionaut, we are pretty sure we're digging it so far.

Interview love, new friends and old, some are silver and the others are gold.

Quite excited we are, were, are, to have stumbled into interviews from friends old and new, first long-time friend Jason Jordan, editor of decomP and the author of the quite fine short story collection Powering the Devil's Circus, has a new interview up on Pank, and second, much, much newer friend Stephanie Johnson of the quite captivating and recently blurbed here short story and flash fiction collection One of These Things Is Not Like The Others has an interview up at HTMLGIANT. One Of These Things Is Not Like The Others by Stephanie Johnson.

To begin we would like to say that from our vantage point Keyhole Press is having a very fine year. First came Questionstruck by TBWCYL, Inc. favorite William Walsh and now we get One Of These Things Is Not Like The Others by Stephanie Johnson. The books couldn't be more different, the former a lyrical, at times moving retextualization of the Calvin Trillin's work and the latter a captivating collection of short stories and flash fiction focused on mothers, fathers, daughters and loss. Still, bo
