Holy Orange Alert Most Likely You Go Your Way and I'll Go Mine package deal madness.

It seems so awesomely insane, its actually hard to fully take in during one mere blog post, and yet, this must be shared, and it must be seen and heard and even tasted if you're into that. Orange Alert Press is currently offering a copy of Most Likely You Go Your Way and I'll Go Mine, plus an Orange Alert Press T-shirt, buttons, puppies, condoms, personal butler service, a new car, massages and even publisher Jason Behrends fist born for a mere $25 American dollars. Or, if you prefer 19.75 Euros

Yo, suck it AtlasBooks, all hail the Lucky Man re-boot. Now in red. Okay blue, but that's just a jpeg technical glitch kind of thing.

As you may recall, and if you don't the full story can be found here, AtlasBooks Distribution bought Lucky Man's distributor Biblio and then got into a pissing match with Lucky Man's beloved publisher Manx Media over some trumped-up fees and ridiculous contractual demands. Manx Media refused to sign a contract with them and AtlasBooks in turn not only refused to release the remaining copies Lucky Man to Manx Media or anyone else, but recalled copies of Lucky Man from Border's across the country.

This Self-Portrait Will Change Your Life, Week Eight - "Suit-up." And a big announcement... coming tomorrow. Exciting, yes?

It's not that we haven't enjoyed celebrating our friends and peers the last few days, we truly look forward to doing so, and yet, three days is a long-time to go without even a modicum of self-absorption. With that in mind, today we bring you Week Eight of our ongoing project, This Self-Portrait Will Change Your Life, our effort to post one self-portrait of TBWCYL, Inc. spokesperson Ben Tanzer per week for one year. Today's photo is titled "Suit-up" taken on a day when we had not one, but two pr

It's back. Well, its coming back. Soon. Like May. What is it? The Pilcrow Lit Fest of course.

It's true, the quite awesome Pilcrow Lit Fest will be back from May 17-23 and from what we understand it is going to be huge, like Ringling Brothers or Suge Knight huge, which is, pretty huge. So, please check it out, plan to come to the fest and you know, be huge.

This Podcast Will Change Your Life, Episode Thirteen - Well-packaged.

Today we bring you Episode Thirteen of This Podcast Will Change Your Life, titled "Well-packaged," and starring none other than TBWCYL, Inc. favorite Spencer Dew, author of the most excellent short story collection Songs of Insurgency. After some initial awkwardness regarding TBWCYL, Inc. spokesperson Ben Tanzer's abject fascination with Spencer's sartorial inclinations and Spencer's abject disinterest in discussing said inclinations they go on to discuss a wide-range of subjects including but n

Talking Heads: 77. Read now. Cool? Thanks.

The upside of a virtual blog tour of course is the endless focus on oneself and their work. This of course can also be a downside. For some anyway. And yes even for us here at TBWCYL, Inc. So, we are happy to take a moment and maybe even the next few days assuming we get approval from legal to riff on things other than our work. We will begin with a big shout-out to new friend and great writer John Domini and his book Talking Heads: 77 which we just finished. More than any other book we have rea

The new edition of This Zine Will Change Your Life is well, late. But live. Or something like that.

The new edition of This Zine Will Change Your Life is well, late. But live as well. Or something like that, so please see the below link. We have a new poem, Oil derricks in the gulf by John Grey which we are way excited about, and, as always, photo action from Adam Lawrence, a music selection from Jason Behrends, and big government prose love from Pete Anderson. We hope you enjoy this edition and we appreciate all shout-outs and links. Finally, please note, that we are temporarily closed for s

It's the last day. The last chance. For This Book Tour Will Change Your Life. Yes, Day Thirteen is upon us and today we finish up with the J.A. Tyler.

Quasi-disco and Emo-length blog titles aside, it's true, it is Day Thirteen, the last day of this wonderfully self-absorbed journey we called This Book Tour Will Change Your Life. We really appreciate all of the hospitality and kind words we have received along the way. We hope that we have changed lives, many lives, ideally in good ways, though if we changed any lives in bad ways, we hope it wasn't too bad. Today we visit the always cool J.A. Tyler where we riff on the future of publishing and

We don't know what we are talking about. We do know though that this is Day Twelve of This Book Tour Will Change Your Life.

Quite thrilled to let you know that it is Day Twelve of the tour and that today we are meeting with good friend and wonderful writer S. Craig Renfroe of I Don't Know What I'm Talking About blog fame. We talk self-marketing and all the wonderfully compulsive things one might go about doing when self-marketing, including but not limited to channeling Gary Coleman. As always, we hope you will come by and visit, and then after you do, maybe also imbibe in some CCLaP love, not sure that sounds right,

It is Day Eleven of This Book Tour Will Change Your Life and we are Living La Vida Ostdick. In a big way.

Repetition Patterns is apparently the gift that keeps on giving and so here we are on Day Eleven of This Book Tour Will Change Your Life hanging out at In The Nick of Time and Living La Vida Ostdick. We are also podcasting and riffing on everything from from the word azure to Linda Barry and the CIA. Please join us won't you? Cool. Please also consider swinging by the CCLaP and then after you suck down your fifth or sixth Red Bull maybe join us tomorrow as well when we head south and visit with
