The Rejection Collection. Goodness.

We have always enjoyed Jac Jemc's quite singular blog The Rejection Collection, but we had forgotten just how enjoyable it can be until we stumbled onto Rejection 191 and Jac's recent exchange with the editor of EOAGH. In continuing our streak of riffing about bearded New Yorkers, or at least New York-related artists and writers, we wanted to draw your attention to a new piece in The New York Times that discusses not only the final reclusive days of Jim Carroll and his return home to Inwood in upper Manhattan, but his long-time efforts to complete his first novel, tentatively titled The Petting Zoo.
