Hi!! I'm a huge fan of your darkest power trilogy and if you ever decide to make it into a movie, I think my friend would be a perfect Chloe! She's almost exactly what I imagine her to be, except she had green eyes, but if you ever need a Chloe, I know she
No movie news right now. The books have been optioned for years but nothing’s ever come of it. If anything ever does, I’ll definitely post any open casting info.

Hi! I just finished the darkest powers trilogy and I'm not sure what to read next. Those books are the best I have ever read and I know there is another trilogy, darkness rising, but does it include the characters from darkest powers (they're great)?
Darkness Rising shifts to another group of teens, facing a similar issue, in very different circumstances. There are references to things readers will recognize from Darkest Powers. Then the two groups meet up in The Rising. Chloe returns in Atoning (a novella) to narrate again.
I'm a huge fan, I've read nearly all of your books and am in the process of reading the ones I haven't read, but I was wondering if there will ever be a story about tori and savannah meeting?
I would love to do a short story on that. Anyone who’s read Vanishing Act (in Otherworld Nights) will know that it is a possibility now :)

I just finished Deceptions (I started university this year so I'm a little behind in my reading) and the relationship between Olivia and Gabriel reminded me a lot of Nadia and Jack's and made me miss them. I know you were working on. Shorter story involvin
It’s written. I’ve edited it a couple of times and had professional editing. Now I need to do another read-through and then get proofreading. I’m expecting to have it out early next year.

Do you know of anywhere fans are collecting/explaining the superstitions mentioned in your Cainsville stories? The stew-in-eggshells one is driving me crazy.
I don’t. Sorry! I love the eggshell one, though. It’s an old method, particularly Welsh, of identifying a changeling. Put their dinner in an eggshell and if this confuses them and they say that, in all their years, they’ve never seen such a thing, then they are a changeling. Because obviously ordinary people wouldn’t bat an eye at being served dinner in an eggshell ;)
Hello, I am a big fan of the Women of the Otherworld series, and I was never able to get the bookmarks that were given when The Hunter and the Hunted came out. Is there any way to get them now, somewhere I can buy them? Hope you can answer, thanks.
I still have some–cost-wise, it made sense to get more than I gave away. Pop an e-mail to contest@kelleyarmstrong.com and tell Alison I said here that i’d send you the pair.
I absolutely love the darkest powers series but one thing that bugged me was that at the end of the rising Maya said that they'd bring in Chloe's dad and in atoning it mentioned him and I wasn't sure what happened there. Like does he know about supernatura
Yes, one problem with Atoning is that, because it’s a novella, I couldn’t “check in” on nearly as many characters and situations as I’d have liked. He does uno what Chloe and the others are. And he had no more issues with Derek than the average parent would have to their kid’s new boy/girlfriend–he’d have been apprehensive at first, but once he got to know him and knew he treated Chloe well, he’d have been fine.
