Walking in God’s Love

“This is a test,” the Holy Spirit spoke to my heart as I dealt with the umpteenth experience in my life of a company not doing what the company is supposed to do. “Walk in my love.”

God doesn’t just call us to “walk by faith” (2 Cor. 5:7). He also calls us to “walk in love.” He also tells us in the Bible that “faith worketh by love.” Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and love are to go hand in hand. It’s all well and good to write about this, to talk about this, to preach about this, to hear preach...

My Chocolate Chip Cookie Story

Like mother, like daughter. My Mom and I both LOVE chocolate chip cookies. The cookie part is fine, but the chocolate part for me is a piece of heaven on earth. If God will have chocolate in heaven anyway. Imagine my dismay when I got part of a chocolate chip cookie out of the freezer as I love to eat them frozen only to drop it immediately onto the not so clean floor. My confession. I dove down quickly to find the big chunk of chocolate, washed it off, and need I say more? Okay, YUM. Which lead...

God’s Endless Love

God’s love is so unfathomably wonderfully marvelously magnificently phenomenally beautifully fabulously endlessly incredible and never fails (1 Cor. 13:8) and goes on forever such that any aspect and expression of it we can see and feel is nothing compared with the immeasurability of it, but how blessed it is when we get glimpses and tastes of the blissfulness and splendor of it as we journey through our lives on this earth. Truthfully, and sadly, there is likely so very much on a daily basis we...

Me & the Two Men

I’m not big on crying in public nor do I cry often anymore. But on one particular day I started crying hard in public after a days-long ordeal concerning the safety of myself and others in a particular location in my life on the road for Jesus. I had reached my breaking point. And as the police were dealing with what needed to be dealt with, I stood at a distance and cried. Which is when two men whom I did not know acted in such a way I am compelled to share this message with you.

The first man ...

I Ain’t Living the Dream

Ever heard the expression, “living the dream”? I believe people who say this are saying they’re living their ideal life, their dream life, the perfect life in their eyes. Seems they think that’s the best way to live on this earth. To live for themselves. To satisfy their desires. To fulfill their greatest hopes and desires for themselves. To achieve their personal dreams and goals and to seek and fulfill their pleasures.

God shows us in the Bible there will come a time when people will love plea...

Update & Prayer Request

Thanks so very much to all who have been praying for my safety as I requested in a special prayer request yesterday. I am choosing to not go into detail at this time, but suffice it to say being on the road for Jesus full-time as a 53 year old woman in the year 2021 in the United States given the darkness and evil in this world comes with its challenges including safety & security issues. It can be very uncomfortable and hard on the flesh at times, and I am exceedingly thankful to all those who ...

Faith, Love & Thanksgiving

Do you think God feels loved when we’re strong in faith in Him but walk around complaining? Now we might not be complaining out loud. We may even be praising God aloud. But when we have complaining and self-pity in our hearts, and/or in our words and manifest it in our actions, how loved do you suppose the Lord feels by us?

God shows us in the Bible He has a heart and soul, and we who profess to believe in Him and love Him should consider how our moaning and groaning must hurt Him. In loving the...

Stop Showing Off

Given my background of rejection, hurt, brokenness, loneliness, worry, anxiety, fear, woundedness, and feeling worthless, purposeless, and insignificant, etc., for decades I was on a desperate, relentless search for love, attention, acceptance, and validation from people especially men. Any satisfaction I found was temporary. I only felt worse over time. Now, by God’s grace, I have found in Jesus and a forever relationship with Him a never-ending more-than-imaginable supply of love and acceptanc...
