Best Foot Forward

My mom always said that you have to put your best foot forward. A Battle for Four Stars

I loved winning Zach’s four star review on his blog Zach’s YA Reviews. I watched on GoodReads as he’d post his thoughts throughout reading the book. I was nervous, curious, intrigued, excited and scared. He questions the insta-love, which is fair, I can’t say I’m always an insta-love fan either, but the reason I like it in Bloodmark is I think it is true to the nature of teenagers. Sometimes when I’m not writing and I find myself watching tv or a movie with my family, I’ll do some sketching.
