Launch Party
On November 17, 2013 the launch party for Bloodmark was a hit on the Celtic holiday of Samhain. The perfect launch day forBloodmarkwhich is infused with Celtic delight! We filled Claddagh Coffeein St. Paul, Minnesotawith friends, fans, and family!
When I found Claddagh I realized they had to be the venue for the launch party. I’m an Irish girl, the book is about an Irish protagonist, with a song by an Irish signer, so the venue had to be an Irish coffee house.

A Hereditary Book Addiction
I’m proud to admit that I inherited my addition to books from my mom and then passed it on to my (almost) two year-old son. He adores books. He will go grab a book and bring it back to us and have us read it, then he will run back to his book shelf grab another book. He recognizes Bloodmark on the shelf and says “Mama’s book” which pretty much melts my heart. We even bring books when we go out to eat at a restaurant. Dangerous Cliffs of Ireland
My friend and amazing photographer Laura Ivanova is on a wonderful trip around Ireland! She has been sharing her journey on her Facebook and Instagram for all the world to see. It has been delightful watching. Then these two images showed up and I laughed so hard I almost peed. One of the things I adore about Ireland is its endless cliffs.
Dangerous, majestic, intriguing. There is nothing more beautiful than this raw sight of nature! Now combine it with the wonderfully humorous yet very seri...

A Minnesota Reviewer!
I had the honor of having a local Minnesota blogger Books? Yes Please! review Bloodmark. Not every reader will be over the moon, so sometimes despite wanting to please everyone, it is an impossible goal. Caroline was one of those readers, she wasn’t smitten like a kitten with Bloodmark, but her review is very thorough and thoughtful. She did find a lot of things she enjoyed about the book and she is looking forward to Bloodrealms, so I consider that still a win! Check out Caroline’s blog!

So I put together a nice kit of Bloodmark merchandise. I donated a hardcover signed copy of Bloodmark, bookmark, buttons, temporary tattoos and the “Heart Strings” single in a Bloodmark branded box!
